Signs Presales

“Coming soon” signs along Development perimeter depicting Development imagery and Stockworth contact information.

Signs are typically 4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 4’ and are constructed from wood and/or other composite materials. Quantity of signs and sign placement will be in accordance with local jurisdictional requirements.

Sales staff will be selected and a pre-sale event will be created with a Broker’s Open and presentations in different languages.

Micro-mentary

The Development will have a dedicated page constructed within the Stockworth web ecosystem. All digital advertising will direct consumers to this page for information, lead acquisition, and input into Stockworth’s follow-up system.

Advertisement & Commercials

Stockworth will manage, maintain, and advertise the Development through social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Stockworth will advertise the Development through traditional web-based advertising portals to appear in search engines, syndicated web portals, etc.

Stockworth will manage, maintain, and advertise the Development through social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Email Advertising

Stockworth manages and maintains a database of potential buyers, investors, and members of the public who will be the recipients of targeted email campaigns.

Advertising MLS Systems

Stockworth will advertise the Development through traditional web-based advertising portals to appear in search engines, syndicated web portals, etc.

The Development will be placed within Stockworth’s local MLS system. These listings will be advertised to brokers as well as syndicate to 100’s of additional web locations for advertising of the Development.

Staffing

Stockworth will employ a licensed real estate associate to staff the Development on a full-time basis (Tuesday – Sunday -10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) Monday will be open by appointment only.

Booklets

Full color, multi-page booklets that depict the Development, its product(s), geographic location, amenities, and lifestyle features.

Cards

Typically 8.5” x 11” summary hand-outs used to provide broker information and short product details.

Brochures

Full color, multi-page hand-outs that depict specific product types, pricing information, availability, and timeframes.

Banners

Any “flag-like” instrument used to call attention to model homes, event activity, and specific location features.

Note: All physical collateral will be formatted to be shared digitally as well for internet marketing, email campaigns, and product sharing purposes.
