Building Safety Drop in Sessions
If you have any questions or issues about building safety in your block, then you can raise this with your Building Safety Officer at one of the regular drop-in sessions they hold. Dates are advertised on the digital noticeboards in the blocks and on our Facebook and events page.

An opportunity to meet with other residents in your block and Stockport Homes staff. Invites are sent to all residents prior to meetings and are advertised on the noticeboards in your block.
Tenant Board Members
The Board of Directors are responsible for managing Stockport Homes, they set the strategic direction of the company, monitor our performance, set our budget and approve strategies. We have three Tenant Board Members; positions are advertised as vacancies arise and all customers will have an opportunity to express their interest.
ASPIRE Customer Panel
As a panel member, you’ll have the chance to share your knowledge and experiences, ensuring that Stockport Homes’ services meet agreed standards. Your role will involve monitoring and challenging performance to support our aim to provide ‘excellent services steered by customer voice.’
Customer Scrutiny Reviews
A group of customers that forms to discuss and review a service in more depth. Reviews usually take around 12 weeks to complete.

Community Fund Customer Panel
This is a group of customers that meet three to four times a year and make decisions on how the Community Fund is spent. The panel review applications to the fund and agree which applications meet the criteria.
