What does Member-Owned mean?
As a member-owned cooperative, Signature works for its members. Each agency owns one share of stock and has the opportunity to vote for board of director positions and to earn patronage dividends.

The member shareholders of Signature elect the Signature Board of Directors during our annual Owner’s Meeting in September. Directors serve a two-year term and provide strategic direction for the organization.

Signature’s success is driven by a management team with decades of experience in understanding the day-today challenges faced by front-line travel advisors and agency management The Signature executive team reports to the board elected by our member agencies.

We're so glad you're part of the Signature team!
