Hearty soups alongside cakes and pastries are available from our in-house patisserie. Non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee can all be found in the buffet area.

The culinary highlight of the day is our evening menu. You will be pampered with lovingly prepared international and local delicacies from a 5 course menu. We serve you a gala dinner twice a week. On Tuesdays there is a “Tyrolean evening” featuring delicacies from the region.

Should you prefer a gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan diet, or have any other food intolerances, you’ll be in the best of hands here with us! Children’s prices

Family members 22 years or older sharing their parents’ room as the 3rd and 4th person are granted a 40 % discount on the respective room price. Children up to 18 years in their own room are granted a 20 % discount on the respective room price.

Good to know

The prices are in EURO per person and night for double occupancy with 2 adults, plus EURO 2.80 in local taxes (from the age of 15).

There is also a surcharge of EURO 10.00 per person and days for bookings of 1-3 nights. Variations in the room layouts are possible.

BIG family summer program

There’s plenty for our young guests to discover and experience with us in the Stubai Valley. Kids (from 5 years*) and teens/pre-teens (from 10 years) can look forward to a varied programme that whets their appetite for adventure and exercise outdoors. Your Stubai Valley holiday becomes a true outdoor experience with the BIG Family, even for our youngest visitors.

It’s all about finding the many BIG Family members outside in the natural surroundings: they hide in the treetops, bubbling streams, mountain peaks or luscious flower meadows in the valley. Our young guests explore the forest together with the BIG Family team, discovering the fabulous tree houses of the dwarf Bardin and mastering clever tasks.

With pony riding, feeding chickens, frolicking and playing in Serlespark during a mountain Olympics or a scary torch-lit hike at night, these young discoverers will have the time of their lives on holiday.

Family Camp

The BIG Family summer programme is even more action-packed for our teen and pre-teen visitors: They can have fun trying out canoeing or stand-up paddling at the bathing lake; master an action-packed obstacle course in the biggest adventure park in the Tyrol or learn the right way to climb in the outdoor Alpingarten (alpine garden).

Things start to get really racy as they ride down the valley on the summer toboggan run; soar up to lofty heights during tandem paragliding or learn breathtaking jumps in the Bike Academy.

Your family holiday becomes an absolute paradise for kids with the BIG Family Stubai Summer Club. Some of the activities of the Summer and Autumn Programme 10+ are subject to an extra charge.

Kids, Family & Wellness

We offer a great range of leisure activities to make sure our little guests don’t get bored. The alpine paddling pool is just waiting for you to jump in, swim and splash around. But if you’re not a big water fan, you’ll still find plenty of super things to do with us. The garden is a perfect place to play hide & seek and the 3-metre-high tube slide is great to whoosh down. There’s plenty of fun to be had by visiting the playroom or club house: together with the other kids you can paint, do crafts, play board games and much more. Our friendly childcare staff will make sure that everyone gets along and has a great time. This is possible not just because they speak many languages but also because they are looking forward to meeting you. We are already looking forward to your visit – see you soon!

We enjoy the fresh air, the still largely untouched natural surroundings and the abundance of wildlife. And we think it should stay this way: We are committed to responsibly handing resources and protecting nature. So we plan to improve the sustainability of our work step by step.

Regionality

For almost 50 years, since the establishment of the hotel, we have worked together with local producers. Whether it’s carpenters, repairmen, plumbers, building and construction workers, electricians or painters – all work hand in hand.

Regionality is important to us! We intentionally rely on seasonality and regionality because: Culinary enjoyment is essential at the Sporthotel Neustift. Therefore, the excellent quality and knowledge of origin of the products is of vital importance to us and our kitchen team.

Cleaning

Our motto is to avoid waste wherever possible, and to cleanly separate any waste produced. During cleaning we only use biologically harmless and degradable hollueco products.

Particular attention is paid to the use of environmentally friendly raw materials, as well as ensuring an efficient, sustainable manufacturing process when developing the products. All hollueco products have been awarded multiple certifications, including the Austrian Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel. These are a testament both to the products’ environmental compatibility and cleaning performance – resulting in a great feeling and perfect cleaning results.

Arrival & departure

Your room will be awaiting you at 03.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Location

Our hotel is right in the heart of Neustift. The Elfer lifts’ valley station, many shops and much more are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation between 3 months and 4 weeks before arrival, we use your prepayment for your next stay at the Sporthotel Neustift. For cancellations between 1 month and 1 week before arrival we charge 50 % of the total costs. For cancellations during the last week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total cost.

We also offer you the option of taking out cancellation insurance with the insurance company Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

Pets

We charge EURO 20.00 for your dog per day, not including food. Pets are not allowed in the dining- and wellness area. Thank you!
