2021 ACS Athletics Carnival results St Michael’s is a member of the Association of Co-educational Schools (ACS), a premier interschool sports association, committed to the wellbeing of all students through sport.

trained our students so they were ready to perform on the day. Their dedication to prepare our team is greatly appreciated by all of our athletes.

This year, the ACS Athletics Carnival was held on Monday 24 May. In a first, the carnival was held in the afternoon with the final event concluding under lights at 5.45pm.

Whilst we didn’t win overall, finishing 4th in both the Boys and Girls Aggregate and 4th in the combined Overall Aggregate, the day did produce some outstanding individual and relay results.

In a shortened schedule of training due to the timing of the House Carnival, our students remained committed, taking part in a 4 week training schedule including Saturday morning sessions and our Friday relay clinic. Mrs Emma Cowan, ACS Athletics Coordinator, worked tirelessly putting the team together, and Mr Steve Cain, Head Coach, organised our specialist coaches who prepared and
