In 1881, God gave a small group of miners a mission to bring to these mountains the world’s greatest treasure: the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, the Eucharist, and the Faith and Charity that flow from Him.
Today, that mission has spread from the streets of Old Town Park City, to the meadows of White Pine Canyon, to the Heber Valley and beyond. St. Mary’s seeks to evangelize, catechize, give back in Charity, and enrich the community through the Catholic Faith and its intellectual, artistic, and cultural traditions. To bring all the treasure of Jesus Christ, for the salvation of souls, and the Greater Glory of God!

The people that you’ve helped us serve this year are your pharmacy technicians in town. They’re healthcare workers. They’re resort workers. These are just community members. The people you see around you in the grocery store.
When someone comes to the clubhouse, they often arrive in a place of intense instability. What do I do? . . . When push comes to shove and we’ve got a crisis . . . there’s no else from any nonprofit in this community that’s on my speed dial in my ‘favorites’ section of my phone except for (St. Mary’s Director of Charity) Maria. Do you have a loved one you would like remembered for All Souls’ Day (November 2)? St. Mary’s is adding to last year’s book to remember those who have passed. If you would like someone to be remembered in the book, please submit:

- Birthday and date of death
- Photo of the deceased
- Relationship to parishioner (open to family and personal friends)

COATS FOR KIDS PROGRAM
DISTRIBUTION BY THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 10 AM - 3 PM | ST. MARY’S SOCIAL HALL
The Knights of Columbus will distribute free winter coats for needy children on Saturday, November 2, in the St Mary’s Parish Social Hall and St. Lawrence Church in Heber between 10 AM and 3 PM. Parents should bring deserving children for a coat. Coats are available for boys and girls in sizes between 3 years and teen age.
Parents must bring their children to the event and they will be fitted with the correct size coat. Coats will not be given to adults without children nor will multiple coats be given to any individual.
CHILDREN’S LITURGY SCHEDULE HAPPENING AT MOST 10:30 AM MASSES
We will be hosting Children’s Liturgy at the 10:30 AM Mass with exception to the following dates: 10/27, 11/10, 11/24, 12/22, 12/29.
This schedule follows the CCD schedule. We have 2 classes: In the preschool room (Room 100) we have 3 years old – second grade or First Communion, and in room 101a (next to preschool) we have 3rd grade – 5th grade. We welcome older children to volunteer to help. We will take the children after opening rites and bring them back after the creed. It is usually 20 minutes of reviewing the days readings on their level and a small activity. Families that would like to have their children participate should sit in the pews reserved in the back right of the church.
