The Rec Center Banquet Room, 3700 Monterey Drive Whether you are new to yoga or a novice, this class is for you! Onelove.yoga will take you through a basic foundational guided practice designed to open your heart and mind through aligning, strengthening and promoting flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, ease of movement and modifications to welcome all. Onelove.yoga is a Minnesota, woman founded, nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring yoga and wellness to communities with limited access to its healing. DAY DATES+TIME

The class will focus on developing and strengthening your abs, hip flexors, lower back and glute muscles. These muscles are so important as they provide the foundation to the rest of our body and help with everyday movements. All fitness levels are welcomed. AGES 18+ HOTWORX, 1669 West End Blvd. Come explore this NEW way of exercise at a new St. Louis Park business – HOTWORX! St. Louis Park Parks and Recreation is partnering with HOTWORX to bring a sample class to learn about this up and coming way to exercise. Isometric exercises are performed in static positions rather than dynamic through a range of motion. Yoga, Pilates and rowing machines led by virtual instructors are just a few types of workouts you can find at HOTWORX. Participants will be guided through one hour of a variety of workouts by one of their staff, and all participants receive a HOTWORX towel. Registration is limited, so register early. DAY DATES+TIMEs
