Tuesday Turtles/Wednesday Whirligigs

AGES 4 – 5 (DROP-OFF PROGRAM) Westwood Hills Nature Center, 8300 W. Franklin Ave. Participants will explore and discover the world outside while on naturalist-led hikes. We’ll listen to nature stories, create crafts, play games and laugh with our famous puppets. Each class dives into a different nature topic. There are four sessions, and each session has four classes. Feel free to sign up for one or more monthly sessions. Choose either Tuesday or Wednesday (not both) within each month.

ALL AGES Westwood Hills Nature Center, 8300 W. Franklin Ave. Laugh out loud as the Westwood puppets tell a story in their animated comical style. Begin with open play and exploration. Naturalist-led activities will highlight the story and create memories for you and your youngest family members.

Imagine, Design, Build

Winter Fun

Grades K – 5 Westwood Hills Nature Center, 8300 W. Franklin Ave. Spend a winter day outdoors at the nature center. Activities could include exploring the woods by snowshoe, speeding across the lake on kicksleds or playing games on the ice or in the cattails. Exact activities will depend on weather conditions that day. Bring a nut-free snack and lunch. Dress for spending time outdoors. Puppet Camp
