Warming house rentals
The four enclosed park buildings listed can accommodate groups up to 25 and are available for rental before, during and after regular warming house hours. location ADDRESS

Enjoy use of the warming house for your event! Partial use of the facility, along with tables and chairs, will be available during regular warming house hours. The general public has access to the warming house. FEE $20 per hour (resident and non-resident)
Private outdoor hockey rink rental
Outdoor hockey rinks (with hockey nets) are available for private rental at the four parks listed to the left during regular warming house hours. Broomball and hockey nets are available only at Nelson Park. FEE $30 per hour (resident) / $40 (non-resident)

The Banquet Room overlooks the Aquatic Park and Wolfe Park and is available for wedding receptions, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvah parties, company events, family reunions and meetings. The room seats up to 160 people and offers a caterer’s holding kitchen, dance floor, dimmable lighting and sound system. Audiovisual equipment can be rented for an additional fee. Contact Complete Beverage Service at 1.800.550.7750 if you wish to have alcohol at your event. An additional $290 is charged to retain a police officer if alcohol is served. Sunday – Friday

Gallery Room rental
Located on the first floor of The Rec Center, the Gallery Room can accommodate up to 50 people for small group gatherings, team meetings and birthday parties. During public skating sessions (see page 17 for hours), either the Gallery or Banquet rooms can be rented for private parties. Each party will include two-hour use of a room and admission to open skating for up to 15 people. Skate rental will be available for an additional $3 per pair. Picnic shelter rental
Weekends weekdays Rental hours May 7 – Sept. 11 May 31 – Sept. 2 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 4:30 – 9 p.m. Reserve your picnic shelter now! These open-air shelters can accommodate groups of 20 to 100 people. All shelters have access to electricity and most have grills (except for Fern Hill Park). Indoor restrooms are open May 26 – Sept. 4. Portable toilets will be available before May 28 and after Sept. 5. A permit is required for live bands or amplified music.
