By hosting a fundraising event, you’re not just raising money you’re creating opportunities, stability, and hope for mothers and children working toward a brighter future.
Whether you’re gathering friends for a dinner party, organizing a fitness challenge, or rallying your community for a cause, your event makes a real difference.
Every dollar raised helps provide safe housing, essential resources, and a path forward for families overcoming housing instability.

PROCESS OVERVIEW
Choose Your Event Type:
Decide on the kind of event you’d like to host, such as a benefit dinner, auction, social sporting event or donation drive.
Submit an Event Proposal: Complete our short online form to ensure alignment with our mission and branding. We’ll review your submission and provide guidance.
Set Goals & Logistics:
Determine your fundraising goal, date, location, and budget.
Promote Your Event:
Use the sample messaging provided below to spread the word and encourage participation.
Host & Celebrate:
Enjoy the event and share photos and updates with us!
Submit Funds:
After your event, send us the funds raised and any additional information about the impact of your efforts.
GUIDELINES & BEST PRACTICES
Mission & Messaging: Your event should reflect the spirit of Saint Louise House: supporting mothers and children in creating stable, safe homes. We encourage uplifting, community-driven messaging. If you create custom materials, we’re happy to review them to ensure consistency.
Use of Name & Logo: You’re welcome to mention that your event benefits Saint Louise House! Just be sure to clarify that it’s hosted by you in support of our mission. If you’d like to use our logo, please reach out for approval.
Fundraising & Finances: We appreciate every dollar raised! Event organizers are responsible for covering costs, and all proceeds should be submitted within 60 days of the event. We can provide guidance on donation collection and submission. If you will not be submitting payment via check, please inform us in advance so we can provide guidance and avoid platform or transfer fees.
Logistics & Compliance: Please ensure your event follows local laws and regulations, including any permits, licenses, or insurance if required. Most importantly, have fun and create an event that fosters community and generosity!

Submit an interest request to answer the following questions:

Do you have a tv/projector screen where you would like to display an interactive giving screen? (requires 14 days to develop)
Would you like a textable link for giving?
Next step: Saint Louise House will reach out, send approved language and branding, and schedule a call to discuss additional needs
SAMPLE CONCEPTS
Need inspiration? Here are a few ideas:
Backyard Cocktail Party: Enjoy cocktails and conversation under the stars while sharing the mission of Saint Louise House.
Bunko Game Night: Roll the dice for a fun night of Bunko, prizes, and giving back! A small buy-in can make a big impact.
Galentine’s Get-Together:Celebrate friendship with wine, charcuterie, and giving back. Guests can bring a small donation to support Saint Louise House.
Gingerbread House Party: Get festive with gingerbread decorating while learning how Saint Louise House helps families build homes of their own.
Golf for Good: Host a mini golf tournament or casual driving range meetup to raise funds for Saint Louise House.
Mahjong for a Mission: Gather for a fun mahjong night with an optional buy-in benefiting Saint Louise House. Beginners welcome!
Mother’s Day Celebration: Toast the moms in your life with brunch or afternoon tea while supporting families at Saint Louise House.
Pickleball for a Purpose
Hit the courts for a casual pickleball tournament, with entry fees supporting Saint Louise House.
Sip & Support Happy Hour
Host a happy hour with friends or at a local bar, with a portion of proceeds supporting Saint Louise House.
PROMOTION MATERIALS
Event Promotion & Branding
Sample Messaging & Branding – We provide all approved events with messaging samples for email, social media, and invitations, along with branding guidelines to ensure alignment.
Flyer Template – A pre-designed flyer template is available. Any additional materials must follow brand guidelines or be approved before distribution.
Newsletter Feature (Public Events Only) – If your event is open to the public and we receive details at least 60 days in advance, we can include it in our digital newsletter.
Logo Usage – Upon approval, we can provide a logo file for event materials.
Additional Design & Marketing Support
Review & Approval – Any additional materials using Saint Louise House branding or language must be submitted for approval before distribution.
Limited Design Services – Additional design assistance is available upon request but may require extended lead time.
