WELCOME PACK

Use this to locate entrance and exit points, the player village, toilets, water stations, the control tent, the food village, designated smoking areas and more
Please be sure to make note of all prohibited areas as well as ‘VIP only’. All VIP areas require the display of a valid wristband upon entry
Listen to announcements to ensure you start the matches on time.
You will find 3 wristbands in the welcome pack and a gift bag from one of our sponsors STC.
The wristband entitles each wearer to a free lunch in the Refectory from 11am to 3pm
A representative should meet the referees outside the Control Tent at half time of the preceding game.

VALUABLES
You will be given a key to a shared shower room on arrival. Please lock when leaving. The key must be returned before departure otherwise a £12 fee will apply
St Joseph’s College cannot be held responsible for any valuables.
There are many other food outlets available around the campus, see the enclosed map for location.
There is a public bar open to over 18s from 11am to 11pm on Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sunday
TOILETS
Only use the portable
This year, changing rooms will be located in the Player Village.
Each team will have their own area within the marquee.
Shower facilities are located in a separate building and these will be shared between teams It’s important to use keys provided and keep all external doors closed as this building is not to be opened to the public

FIRST AID
All teams should have their own first aid kits and water for blood injuries as well as tape or any other required medical supplies
There will be access to Return2Play and the tournament trauma doctor will be available should anyone need any help or advice at a level higher than first aid
WELCOME PACK
In the result of a fire you will hear a tannoy announcing fire evacuations Calmly make your way to the centres of Pitch 1 and Pitch 2 and wait until further instruction.

Each school has been asked to advise the organisers of its colours at the time of entry. An alternative kit must be available
In the event of a clash of colours, the team named second in the programme shall be required to change scanning the QR code below. This includes details of the festival rules, team groups and match schedules
The Referees will have the final say with regards to the clash of kit colours

Take That Photo will be taking official team photos in the ARC building next to the pitches Each photo includes players’ names.
They will also have a gazebo by the Army Engagement Group which will be available for previewing and purchasing photos Photos will also be available to purchase online.
