Directors' Declaration
In the opinion of the Directors of St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) and its controlled entity (the "Group"): a) The consolidated financial statements and notes that as set out on pages 11 to 36 are in accordance with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012, including: i) giving a true and fair view of the Group's financial position as at 31 December 2022 and of its performance, for the financial year ended on that date; and ii) complying with Australian Accounting Standards - Simplified Disclosure Requirements and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Regulation 2013. b) There are reasonable grounds to believe that the Group will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable.
