Steve G Papermaster Nano

Steve G Papermaster, Nano chairman and CEO, founded his biotechnology company with the aim of ushering in a new era of proactive and persistent health protection. From 2001 to 2017, Mr. Papermaster sat on the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology as the committee’s chairman. In this capacity, he was part of the Executive Office, directly advising the President on matters of innovation, science, technology, strategy and policy. While in this role, Mr. Papermaster worked closely with Congress, state and federal agencies, the private sector and international counterparts. He also served as a White House Fellows judge, which is one of America’s most prestigious programs for public service and leadership. Mr. Papermaster is the founder, chairman and CEO of the Powershift group, which he created to help found and grow forward-thinking and sustainable technology companies. With Powershift, Mr. Papermaster works selectively with entrepreneurs of early-phase companies to assist them in developing their businesses.
