Tamara Joseph 21, San Juan Three things you like about yourself and why? I like my lips, my personality because I can get along with most people, and my metabolism. It’s really high and I love to eat. All-round I love being me. Your OMG moment? That would have to be the first day I saw my boyfriend. I literally started tracking him down – something I never do – until we finally started seeing each other. Lighting

I like the friend zone... …Just so I can piss off boyfriends/suitors. I play nice guy, flirt a bit, but never cross the line. Boyfriends get super pissed and I enjoy it for a while, but then I feel like shit for causing my female friends relationship problems. Just to clarify, I don’t do it to all my female friends, just the ones with douchey boyfriends. Even if they just look douchey.
I don’t understand why people enjoy that movie so much. I hate every Star Wars film, the plots bore me, the acting is atrocious, the universe is just standard sci-fi, there’s nothing interesting about it. Everything about Star Wars just annoys me. Anyhow, please don’t kill me...
I think I’m attracted to women who remind me of my mom I’m dating a heavy set girl who is a little taller than me. When I hug her I feel like I’m hugging my mom when I was much younger. I don’t feel sexually attracted to my mom but I am very attracted to her.
for people in my past I hate the way I have been treated by people in the past and how they’ve got away with things because I didn’t know how to cope or deal with the situation. Part of me wants revenge on these people; the other half says “you’ll just have to let it go” .
Every once in a while I get extremely paranoid and obsessive about small things in my life. An example is me heading out the front door and getting a nagging feeling that something in my house isn’t right and ultimately I end up going back inside and unplugging many of the electronics in the house and making sure every knife is off the counter and in the sink a certain way so that they wouldn’t magically fly off and stab one of my pets. Sorry if this is in the wrong subject but some tips on how to rid myself of the nagging feeling would help greatly.
I’m the other
I’m the other woman for a man who’s in a serious relationship. He’s got a ring for her and everything, but hasn’t proposed yet (not that this fact makes what we’re doing any better). I’m leaving the city in seven days and, in all likelihood, will never see him again. The crappiest part about all this is that it’s not just about the sex (though that is a nice perk). No, the crappiest part about this whole thing is that, despite knowing that he’s fully capable of lying and deceit, I still like him as a person. God, what is WRONG with me?
Weird eating disorder! It all started when I was around 3 or 4 years old. I just started being a pickier and pickier eater, until I got to the point where I wouldn’t eat the majority of things. It’s now a decade and a half later and I still can’t bring myself to eat most foods. I realise it’s all psychological, but I simply can’t get myself to take a “new” food and actually eat it. I’ve been through many different types of therapy for it, but I’ve not been able to make any sort of breakthrough. I really fear that I’ll end up going through my whole life only eating a tiny variety of food. I seriously don’t know what to do. I hate the fact that I know what I want, but I’m losing this battle with my own mind. TL:DR- I’ve been living off of potatoes and bread my whole life, don’t know why, and can’t get myself to change.

Conquering How to Give Good Relationship Advice
Everyone wants to help their friends by giving good advice. So what does it take to do it? Read more to find out. Step 1
It's best to always discuss personal matters in private. Don't go some where public really, or someone you know could spread all kinds of rumors. Find some where private like in a chat room or e-mail.
Listen. In order to be able to help a friend with a problem, you need to first understand what the problem is. So listen first, without interrupting. If you have any questions afterwards, then it's okay to ask. Make sure your not doing this just to get the story. Do it because you want to help.
Tell stories of your experiences. This allows your friend to relate their problem to yours which can help. Just as long as the conversation turns from them to you. Remember it's about them.
After figuring out ways to relate to your friend's experience, let them know things that you have done in the past that have helped you out. Recommend the best way you think they should deal with their problem. But remember everyone is different, so you can't guarantee anything.
Suggest that your friend read some advice tips on the internet or in magazines. If anything they can always ask other friends, family member (not like mom and dad (wouldn't that be embarrassing) but maybe a cousin).
Finally, if you're not sure what advice to give, don't give any. Listen to your friend's problem and then be honest in letting them know you're not sure that you can help. Giving advice on a subject you don't know anything about can make things worse.
Performance Anxiety Don't let a case of nerves keep you down. Get back in the game with these tips. STEP 1 - Understand it
Understand the problem. Some erectile dysfunction is biological and can be treated by a doctor. Performance anxiety is a psychological pattern that can stem from intimacy issues and low self-esteem. If left unchecked it can worsen selfesteem problems and lead to feelings of rejection in your partner.
STEP 2 - Check your health
Stick to a healthy lifestyle. Diet and exercise both affect erectile function; plus, if you feel great about the way you look, you're less likely to get jittery before doing the deed.
STEP 5 - Have fun
No intercourse? No problem. Experiment with other techniques to drive each other wild. Not only will this maintain intimacy between you and your partner, it'll also boost your confidence, and add a few new moves to your carnal bag of tricks.
STEP 6 - Look into therapy
See a therapist to help manage stress so you don't bring it into the bedroom. If you've established a long pattern of performance anxiety, try seeing a sex therapy specialist.
STEP 3 - Talk to your partner
Tip - Ask your therapist about sensate focus techniques, guided exercises for couples to increase intimacy and reduce tension.
STEP 4 - Relax
If the problem persists, talk to a doctor about erectile dysfunction medication. A pattern of performance anxiety can often be broken with a temporary prescription that'll help you get your groove back.
Tip - Certain medications such as antidepressants can impair sex drive as well as arousal. Reassure your partner. Explain that your trouble between the sheets is due to anxiety, not loss of interest. Honest communication will ease tension and get you back on track to bedroom bliss.
Enjoy your partner and relish the moment. Obsessing about being "good in bed," or whether or not you and your partner will climax can ruin a sexual experience.
STEP 7 - Use medication

How to Stop
Is your cursing and cussing out of control? Stop the profanity with this behaviour modification plan. STEP 1 Realise why you’re cursing
STEP 4 - Imagine an audience
STEP 2 Hear how unattractive it is
STEP 5 Proceed…
It’s often just a lazy way of expressing rage or frustration. Learn other anger management coping skills and you may not be so tempted to curse so much.
Pay attention the next time someone else lets a few choice words rip. Is that really how you want to sound to others?
STEP 3 Learn some new words
Scan a thesaurus for satisfying standins for your favourite swear words. A good vocabulary allows you to be as cutting and colourful as you want to – without the foul language.
Tip –Try using silly substitutes, like “fudge” and “fiddle-dee-dee”. You’ll feel so stupid, you’ll probably swear off swearing.
The next time you’re on the verge of a four-letter tirade, ask yourself if you’d use this language around a young child, an elderly person, or a clergy member. That should stop the swearing.
Go ahead and drop the F-bomb – if you’re in pain. A group of researchers concluded that cursing intensifies our fight-or-flight response, making us better able to withstand pain by minimising our perception of it. Guess that explains all the swearing in hospital delivery rooms!
Coping with a
Bad Day If you’ve ever gotten up on the wrong side of the bed, these tips will help calm your irritability and save those around you from your foul mood.
STEP 1 - Hit the gym
Exercise releases the feel-good hormones called endorphins, which can turn a bad day around in no time.
Tip – Eating fish can also release endorphins and elevate your mood, thanks to Omega-3 fatty acids. STEP 2 - Watch a favourite film
Watch your favourite movie or listen to your favourite music.
STEP 3 - Complete a project
Complete a household, outdoor, or personal project to feel a sense of accomplishment.
STEP 4 - Stay away from negative thoughts
Avoid thinking about all the bad stuff that happened in the past. Concentrate on the good things, and on the present.
STEP 5 - Talk to someone Confide in a family member, friend, or even a professional, and tell them what's bothering you.
STEP 6 - Go to bed earlier
Go to bed a little earlier than usual. The sooner a bad day ends, the sooner a new day can begin.

If you attended Dutty Santa exclusive 2012, South Pole 2012, SAHARA, Illusions – Black to Blue 2013 or Gulf View all-inclusive fete 2013 then you were exposed to the intoxicating dee-jaying vibes of Mazel Martin Baptist. There is a remark often made by many artistes, “All we need is music and perhaps love.” Mazel has managed to incorporate both. His love is music. He never fails to exploit different rhythms and sounds to create his own invigorating sounds. Mazel lived in New York for the first ten years of his life but then migrated to Trinidad where he resided in San Fernando from then till now. He attended Presentation College, San Fernando where he completed his CXC examinations. At “Pres” he had a difficult choice to make. He liked the idea of pursuing a career in a business-related field but his passion was in playing music and possessing shoes. However, he didn’t jump directly into deejaying. He obtained experience in events management where he was able to gain insights on being successful in that field. Hence his effective communication skills, charisma, style and signature sound that entices his audience. He openly acknowledges God’s input in his life. As for the shoes, Mazel says he loves them. He told OMG Magazine: “Every month I have to have a new pair of shoes.” He even loves to watch shoes in his spare time. As for his future in music he says he wants to produce. He is interested in producing music encompassing all genres. His OMG moment is the opportunity to deejay at “Summertime” on June 15 at the Twin Walls compound. “This is my OMG moment because after years of struggling to make it work, it has finally paid off.”

Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie
A nebula is a formation of gas, dust and other materials clumped together that eventually becomes massive stars and planets. Nebulas are pillars of creation in the universe. Back here on earth, in our Trinidad and Tobago, our Nebula 868 is developing into a dynamic force in the local music industry. They are in perpetual awe of the pioneering footsteps of Machel and Kes who have kept their Trini roots and sound and are beguiling the world into taking notice of our special genre of music. Our Trini “Nebulans” are two young men from Arima. They are Sean Padmore, aka Sean Nebula, and Clayton Wong, aka Wong Nebula. They consider themselves brothers as they share a common passion, vision and expectation of the music they create. This nebulan duet had their first hit in 2010 when they remixed “Beamer, Benz or Bentley” into “Rollin Inna Sunny” which featured Terri Lyons. From then on they continued to mesmerise fans with songs such as “Kings of the City” and “Mega Massive”. This phase in their career climaxed in 2011 with a successful album which comprised of “Amped Up”, “Coincidence”, “Talk Nah” and “Hello Goodbye”.
Currently they are marketing their new album, Da Biznis, which you can now purchase and download from iTunes and Amazon. Da Biznis was released on May 28. The album features London Future – “Alienation”, Crystal Tais – “Space Juice” and Planet Vi and Marcel – “Gone” and is totally hip-hop. Nebula 868 made this step after they visited many music industry professionals in the US and got advice as to the direction their music must take to fit current distribution channels and get to the right markets. As two young men stated, “Creating good music is one thing, but the music business is an entirely different ball game and you must understand the game to play because there is no room for mistakes”. They can’t wait to see how their fans will receive their latest offering and are planning music videos to support the album. Apart from producing music Nebula has another dream. “We want an empire of mutants and have a Professor X. We want to gather talented young people who we feel we can work with or help them find their strengths and talents. Just have all talented individuals under one roof, creating an impact on the world, so that the world will look at Trinidad and Tobago in more depth.” When we asked Nebula about their OMG moment, they gave an encounter they had in Atlanta where a music executive told them the first thing they had to do was put a girl in the group, like “Black Eye Peas”. Two guys aren’t going to make it in the international music scene, they were told. They said if they heard that kind of criticism a few years ago they would not have reacted well to it or even heard the wisdom in it. But now they are in a growing and learning mode and they have turned that comment into a positive. They used it as motivation to work harder and smarter, knowing that there are obstacles to international music success they may have never considered. So does this mean we will be seeing a girl in Nebula 868 soon? Hmmm, what do you think?

32, ST JOSEPH Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie
An artist’s world is not like that of the ordinary person who doesn’t see with their third eye. William Wordsworth, no stranger to the third eye, described an interconnected world of intricacies and beauty, and commends those who have the same ability to “see”. Artist Tracy Chan, a 32-year-old from St Joseph, has been fortunate enough to be a permanent resident in this world. She has transmitted the vision of the third eye into graphic designing, painting and even photography. In addition she has utilised her marketing skills to manage exhibitions including “Women In Art” in Grenada and has co-founded an art collective, “4 Hour Nap”. She talks about the joy she gets in pursuing a career in what she loves the most. She loved it at St Joseph Convent where she was “the artist in the class”, she loved it at the University of the West Indies where she pursued a degree in visual arts, and she loves it now that she is doing it on her own, which is the natural outcome of her progress and her passion. Tracey has many plans for furthering her career in art. She wants to have her own solo exhibition. Although she has planned many, she has never had one of her own. She would also like to continue working on exhibitions like Women in Art, update her website and create new and invigorating work in illustrations. Tracey even offered advice. “Pursue what you want to do. Many people are miserable, working jobs they don’t like and living lives they hate.” In other words, if your passion is art then go after it. It doesn’t make sense doing something throughout your life that makes you miserable. You have to make yourself happy. Tracey also adds to that advice by stating that pursuing her dream was hard, but it was all worth it. “The happy days surpassed all the bad days.” Therefore, artists shouldn’t give up. “If others can do it, you can too. And as the saying goes, all good things are worth fighting for. Tracey’s OMG moment came when she and a friend were discussing their lives sometime in 2009. She told him that she was thinking about quitting her job and moving. He empathised with her, saying he too once felt the same way. She told him, “I can’t, it is too much”. He then responded, “If not now, when?” After that conversation she knew she had to leave her job and pursue her passion. She quit and moved to Grenada and there is where she began developing her passion into a career. OMG!

Shahrukh Khan kick the hero bucket? The writing is on the wall, or rather, the writing is on his face. Shahrukh Khan, who we all thought would remain an eternally young romantic hero, is ageing. Age lines are appearing on his face faster than a wall cracking during an earthquake. Some digital smoothening was done for RA.One and Jab Tak Hai Jaan but in his real life public appearances like during the Indian Premier Leagu (IPL), the ravages of time are clearly visible on his face. The question is, just how long can SRK continue playing a young romantic hero? He was impressive as the gruff, bearded army officer in Jab Tak Hai Jaan but unconvincing in his younger avatar. To look at Shahrukh’s future let us examine the past of two of his predecessors, namelyDilip Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan. Shahrukh will turn 48 this year. Dilip Kumar was 48 in 1970. He had no releases that year. In fact, his last release was Aadmi in 1968 and his next films Anokha Milan and Dastaan were in 1972. Gopi was his sole in 1973 and the following year, he had a guest appearance in Phir Kab Milogi and a starring role in Sagina. The box office failure of Sagina prompted Kumar to try for a comeback with a vengeance and the result was the 1976 release Bairaag where he essayed a triple role. Sadly for him, the film bombed and the star realised that his star was on the wane. He took a break for five years and came back strongly with Kranti in 1981, playing a role more commensurate with his age. Amitabh Bachchan’s career graph follows a similar trajectory. He turned 48 in 1990. Bachchan’s star was already on the wane by then. Aakhree Raasta (1986) was just about okay at the box office. And then came Gangaa Jamunaa Saraswathi (1988) that was a disaster for all concerned but his reputation was partially redeemed
by Shahenshah (1988). 1989 saw him win acclaim but not box office with Main Azaad Hoon and then came the twin box office duds that were Toofanand Jaadugar (as an aside, please do watch them again – they are not as bad as the audience of the time made them out to be). Thus, in 1990, the Bachchan aura had all but vanished, but the year proved to be a comeback for him, with Agneepath winning acclaim if not box office and the execrable Aaj Ka Arjun proving to be a hit. The success of Hum in 1991 was severely offset by the tanking of Ajooba, Indrajeet and Akayla. The Bachchan magic was back with Khuda Gawah (1993) but took a beating with Insaniyat(1994), Mrityudaata (1997), Major Saab (1998), and 1999 releases Lal Baadshah,Sooryavansham, Hindustan Ki Kasam and Kohram. The lone hit amongst this carnage was Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998) but the success of that was due to the David Dhawan/ Govinda combination rather than any lingering vestige of audience love for Bachchan. Bachchan was 57 when he finally decided to hang up his hero boots. No stranger to playing older roles (he was playing much older characters as early as 1976 in Adalat and Kabhi Kabhie), he assumed what is now his current persona in 2000 with Mohabbatein and Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). Shahrukh would do well to look at the experiences of his illustrious predecessors and see how they successfully transformed their careers. Bachchan did not learn from Kumar and made several illadvised career choices in order to hang on to his leading man status, unlike the older man who realised quickly enough with just two flops that his time was up. Amongst the Khan triumvirate (Saif Ali Khan doesn’t count, as usual), Aamir Khan, also 48 now, seems best equipped to seamlessly move to older roles. Salman Khan, who will turn 48 this year, is not really cut out for character roles, as he doesn’t have the acting chops for it and will continue his heroic roles for as long as the box office will support it. It is Shahrukh who has to make that tough transition. The only man in India who continues to be a Superstar despite being in his sixties is, of course, Rajinikanth.

Priyanka Chopra lashes out at Mallika Sherawat for calling India regressive The Barfi! babe hits back at Mallika Sherawat for the way she described India as a backward place for women at the 66th Cannes International Film Festival. “I think we are a progressive nation. I disagree that we are a regressive nation. We are all sitting here and talking about educating the girl child, taking our country forward. I think it’s a misrepresentation of what our great nation is on the world platform.”
It is difficult for male artists to get central roles on TV Mohit Raina describes television as a female dominated space and says it is difficult for male artists to get central roles. He considers himself lucky to play the lead role of Lord Shiva in Devon ka Dev… Mahadev. He refers to his character in the show as larger than life and calls it a lifetime opportunity. “TV being a female dominated industry, you don’t get to play a lot of central roles. The story of Lord Shiva is there and will go on and on. It is a larger than life character and the platform is huge,” said Mohit. “As an actor, you don’t get much choice in TV. I was lucky to get this. I have played 25-30 characters in the show. You have to be lucky to be able to play so many characters,” he added. Mohit Raina
Althoug his popularity has soared after his stint as Lord Shiva on the show, Mohit feels stardom in movies is a different thing. “Films is a different world all together. People watch you for three hours and you become a brand for them. In TV, you are close to their hearts everyday. In films, they might forget you in three weeks. They might see you in ads and commercials. In TV, you don’t give them a chance to forget you. But yes, the film industry is a bigger platform,” he said. Talking about Mahadev, Raina said he never anticipated to get the amount of love that he has received. “When we started the project, we never thought we will get so much appreciation and love. As an actor, you only look for love, and it has come in abundance. When I started, I never thought that it would be accepted in such a way. I am just short of words,” he said.

Amanda Bynes Goes H.A.M. On Rihanna On Twitter
‘Chris Brown Beat You Because…’ Troubled actress Amanda Bynes has turned her attentions to Rihanna on Twitter. Earlier today Bynes suddenly started blasting Rihanna on Twitter calling her ugly.
This is what Amanda Bynes tweeted: “@rihanna Chris Brown beat you because you’re not pretty enough.” “No one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother.”
“Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?” Rihanna wrote on her Twitter page. According to TMZ, Amanda Bynes, who was arrested in New York earlier this week for Marijuana possession, responded to Rihanna and then deleted it. “@rihanna unlike ur fugly faced self I don’t do drugs! U need the intervention dog! I met ur ugly face in person! U aren’t pretty u know it!” Bynes tweeted.
Knowing Rihanna, everyone thought she would go off on Amanda Bynes, but the Bajan pop star only responded with a simple tweet.
Bird-Flavoured Ice Cream Available In Parakeet, Cockatiel, Sparrow Flavours
Mint chocolate chirp? Not quite. Torimi Cafe in Japan, known for serving up tea and homemade icecream while allowing customers to sit among birds, hatched up a new gimmick: pet bird-
flavoured ice cream. The cafe debuted its Java Sparrow, Parakeet, and Cockatiel flavors at a department store’s small bird expo last week, according to Rocket News 24. Don’t worry – the desserts just imitate a bird’s flavour. No fowl
play. But what can tasters expect? We’re not sure. The business’ flavour descriptions leave us even more befuddled than we were when we first heard of birdflavoured ice-cream.

According to the lawsuit, club security tried to defuse the situation by pushing everyone out to the parking lot, but the two men
wanted to stay at their VIP table ... where they felt safe. Jordonne and Sainvilus claim security forced them outside anyway -- where the two men were then attacked by a group of strangers for no reason ... and things got crazy. According to the docs, Sainvilus was punched in the head several times and security even maced him as he tried to escape the parking lot fight. Meanwhile, Jordonne claims he was kicked in the head and had to be airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Sainvilus says he was also hospitalized. The irony -- the men claim Omarion advertised “tight security” on his concert poster ... and now believe he miserably failed to live up to that promise. They’re now suing for unspecified damages. Calls to Omarion’s camp have not been returned. tmz.com
Jose Laparra Broke Into
Psychic’s Home To Get Back $212,000 Spent On
Failed Love Spell: Cops A psychic in Spain turned out to be accurate about one thing: She knew that an angry customer was going to attempt a robbery to get the money back that he spent on her failed love spell. Police in Magellon, Spain, arrested businessman Jose Laparra last week for allegedly breaking into the home of fortune teller Lucia Martin in hopes of recovering $212,000 that he paid for a love spell that didn’t work, UPI.com reported. Laparra, who manages Club Deportivo Castellon -- a popular Spanish soccer team -- allegedly
visited Martin’s home to get a refund. However, she predicted his arrival and called police just as he and his cohorts knocked on her front door, the New York Daily News reported. The responding officers quickly arrived to arrest Laparra and four others, and seized the money as evidence for the court case. During the arrest, Laparra, who is known to have heart problems, suffered an anxiety attack and was taken to a hospital in Zaragoza, according to the Local.Es.com. Laparra was released on bail the next day. He’s also awaiting trial for his alleged involvement in a business and political corruption scandal related to contract awards, El Mundo reported.
Korean rapper PSY BOOED
at major sports event Spectators at the Italian Cup Final embarrass the “GANGNAM STYLE” artist…. South Korean rapper PSY has been met with boos and small firework explosions during his performance at the Stadio Olimpico ahead of the Italian Cup final and derby between Roma and Lazio. Organizers responded by raising the volume during PSY’s performance of his hit, ”Gangnam Style.” The rapper appeared embarrassed but told fans afterward in Italian, ”I love Italy.”
It was unclear if the boos were of a racist nature, although fans for both clubs have come under attack this season for racist chanting. Worries of fan violence and racist chanting surrounding the derby have been high for weeks and police confiscated bags of knives, rocks, clubs and other home-made weapons hidden outside the stadium ahead of the game. Still, clashes occurred ahead of kickoff.

Michael Bolton Talks Virginity,
Losing It At Age 14 Michael Bolton played coy when asked about losing his virginity at age 14 onHuffPost Live Friday. The 60-year-old singer -- who has dated Nicollette Sheridan and Teri Hatcher -- wrote about his first time having sex in his new autobiography,” The Soul of It All,” in which he likened the experience to a revelation. An excerpt from the book is below:
“Unlike Santa, the tooth fairy, and the Easter bunny, sex was real. Soon other girls were more than willing to get naked with me. I was stunned at my luck. I’ll be forever grateful for that. My First was a patient, kind, gifted and enthusiastic instructor. Once she’d introduced me to the glories of sex, I realized what I’d been missing for the first precious thirteen years of my life. I had to make up for lost time. So I immediately asked when we could do it again.” When asked about the woman, Bolton joked to host Abby Huntsman: “I didn’t know she was my first cousin. No she wasn’t my first cousin, just kidding.”
