At STE(A)M Truck, we're building a world where every student can thrive in STEAM careers and create solutions for their communities. Our mission is to engage, equip, and empower students and educators through hands-on, maker-centered STE(A)M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning that develops career-ready skills. By bringing projectbased experiences directly to schools, we create spaces where youth and educators dive into real hands-on learning that sparks creativity, critical thinking, and joyful discovery.

STE(A)M Truck provides customizable programming from exciting one-day workshops to comprehensive multi-year partnerships, ensuring each experience aligns with your curriculum and instructional goals. Our approach connects classroom learning to real opportunities for college and rewarding careers, with research showing that experiential learning fosters deeper understanding of STE(A)M subjects, particularly for students who deserve more pathways to choicefilled lives
We also offer energizing professional development that equips educators with practical tools, curriculum resources, and renewed confidence to lead impactful STE(A)M instruction. By partnering with us, your school becomes part of a movement to ensure every student discovers their potential as innovators and problem solvers, equipping them with real skills for real opportunities. Let's spark that journey together.
In 2025, Georgia ranked 29th out of all states in math recovery since the pandemic; students statewide remain almost half a grade level behind 2019 math performance.
In Spring 2025, 70% of 8 grade Metro Atlanta RESA students performed below proficiency in Science.
26%
In 2021, 26% of US STEM teachers were underqualified, meaning they did not hold a STEM degree Novice STEM teachers were more likely to work in higher-poverty schools
Closing the opportunity gap in STEM begins with expanding access to hands-on, experiential learning that connects classroom lessons to realworld problem-solving. Research shows that when students engage in interactive, project-based experiences, particularly through maker-centered learning, they build workforce-ready skills and begin to see clear pathways to college and meaningful careers. When educators are equipped with practical tools and joyful, confidence-building professional development, student engagement and achievement rise, especially in schools where STEM teaching confidence needs support
That’s where STE(A)M Truck makes a difference. By bringing hands-on, maker-centered learning directly to schools, particularly those with limited resources, STE(A)M Truck helps educators and students bring STEM to life. Students work with industry-grade tools and real-world challenges, while educators receive energizing training and sustained support. Together, school communities create spaces where curiosity leads to confidence and every student can see themselves as a creator, innovator, and problem solver ready to build the future, not just imagine it
