The Steadfast City team conducted a market feasibility study to support Tabernacle Community Development Corporation’s goal of developing quality housing and commercial space centered around Fairgrounds Park in north St Louis City Through Steadfast City’s extensive quantitative research and community stakeholder interviews, they produced a comprehensive Feasibility Report for the purpose of attracting investors and lenders, and to help Tabernacle CDC further understand and refine its development plan while ensuring project success.
