Intheunit,MentalHealth,IVGroup learnthowtomanagechangesand challengesofadolescence,howto reframenegativethinking,strategies topromotementalhealthand emotionalwellbeing,recognising mentalhealthandwhentogethelp, abouttheeffectsofgriefand bereavement,andhowtofind sourcesofgoodqualitysupport.

Wefinishedtheunitwithsome examplesofpositivestrategiesfor promotinggoodhealth,including crafting,exercise,music,spending timewithfriendsandfamily, breathingexercises,andjournaling.
