Astros pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. and partners Juan Carlos Marteniz de Aldecoa and Jimmy Doan have expanded their highly successful mobile cart coffee business to The Allen. Self-described as a “coffee-by-day, cocktails-by-night atmosphere,” the shop had its grand opening on May 1st 2024.
From TableOne Hospitality, Chardon is a modern brasserie, taking a lighter approach to traditional French fare. Once again led by Sol 7’s Alexandre Viriot, the bistro will source locally farmed ingredients, serving lunch and dinner and opened its doors in February 2025.

The seventh-floor space, originally planned for Buck40 Supper Club—a dynamic and social dining experience infused with live entertainment—is now being reimagined as a potential event venue available for rent. This flexible and elegant space will provide an ideal setting for gatherings, celebrations, and corporate functions.
To support the growing needs of our development, we are planning the demolition of the current sales center to make way for a much-needed parking garage. This new structure will provide essential parking for both the retail spaces and the hotel, enhancing convenience and accessibility for residents, guests, and visitors. Additionally, there will be amenity space on top of the garage for use by Phase I, further enriching the experience for our community.

Houston EB5 invests significant capital in each of our offerings through our real estate development company, DC Partners. Our preferred equity investment structure ensures that EB-5 investors are first in line to get their original investment back after the senior loan has been repaid. Houston EB5’s vertically integrated structure also allows lower-than-average financing costs which results in higher security and higher returns.
