LJ HOOKER INVESTS IN A GROWING FUTURE Saturday 14 March was a bright sunny day for a grand opening of three new LJ Hooker offices under one director. Judy Thanh Truc, the director and officer in effective control has six offices under one roof with a multinational and multilingual team of more than 38 staff. After two years of having three offices at LJ Hooker Glen Waverley, Box Hill and Doncaster, Judy has expanded her territory to Keysborough, Mount Waverley and Burwood. The day started with the grand opening of LJ Hooker Keysborough office with a blessing from Father Anthony who is the residing priest at St Margaret’s in Brunswick followed by LJ Hooker Mount Waverley office and lastly LJ Hooker Burwood office. There were several guest speakers on the day to welcome the LJ Hooker family into the community including the president of the Vietnamese Community Mr Bon Nguyen, the president of SIGMA community support Mrs Be HA J.P, Grand Master Mr Anh Van Nguyen, Cecille Weldon who is on the executive leadership team at LJ Hooker Corporate/Head of FIREfemales in Real Estate-Head of Liveability Real Estate and Mrs Sineth Sareth Sar, director of RST Consultants. There were also about 100 guests. LJ Hooker Keysborough is located beside Super Cheap Auto and Officeworks, all facing Cheltenham Road. The office offers more than 400 square meters of office space and a nine-metre board room table for invited guests. The Mount Waverley office is located at the corner of Mount Waverley train station with all amenities within walking distance.
