Page 1

Dear Friends,

Welcome to our Glitz, Glam & Gatsby Gala, celebrating our 23rd annual gala! We're thrilled to gather as a community of parents, faculty, staff, grandparents, benefactors and friends of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School. As we reflect on our achievements and look forward to the future, we're excited about the amazing packages and opportunities to bid on, including this year's Raise the Paddle plans!

A huge thank you to Gala Chairs Leila & Jason Higham, our Gala Committee and all volunteers for their dedication and generosity in making this event possible. Their year-long planning has truly set the bar high for our gala.

Tonight, we're honored to present the Founders Award to Meghann & Billy Martin and the Community Partner Award to Tachus Fiber Internet for their unwavering support of our school and Catholic education.

Your participation and support play a crucial role in fulfilling our school's mission and shaping the future of Catholic education. May God bless us abundantly as we continue the work of Jesus in our school community. Enjoy reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, and don't forget to bid high and bid often! St. Anthony of Padua Founders Award:

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School proudly bestows the prestigious Founders Award upon Meghann and Billy Martin. Many may not realize that Meghann embarked on her legacy at St. Anthony as a beloved teacher before their daughters, Riley ('22) and Hallie ('24), graced our halls. Meghann's steadfast presence as a room parent, gala volunteer, advancement committee member, and occasional substitute has left an indelible mark on our community. Billy's coaching prowess in basketball and softball has inspired our young athletes, while their joint leadership in chairing the Run for the Roses Gala in 2022 and steadfast membership in the Fund for St. Anthony Leadership Society underscore their unwavering support and devotion to our beloved school. Tonight, we honor and celebrate their profound impact on our school's legacy and future. Thank you Meghann and Billy!

St. Anthony of Padua Community Partner Award:

In recognition of their steadfast commitment and unwavering support, St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School proudly presents Tachus Fiber Internet with the esteemed Community Partner Award. Since 2020, Tachus has generously sponsored our gala raffle, exemplifying their dedication to our school and community. Tachus founders, Hal and Ana Brumfield have been an integral part of our St. Anthony family, embodying the spirit of community and service. We extend our deepest gratitude to Tachus Fiber Internet for their continued partnership and invaluable contributions to our school and community. Thank you Tachus Fiber Internet and Hal and Ana Brumfield!

Thank you to our Gala Committee for their dedication to the success of the 23rd Annual Gala Glitz, Glam & Gatsby!

SINGLE BID VS. AUTO-BID: A single bid can be placed as a one-time bid for any amount. An auto-bid can be placed and set at the maximum amount you are willing to spend. With auto-bid, our system will place your bid at the minimum amount needed to lead. When you are outbid, our system will automatically bid for you until your maximum is reached.

WHO WINS? When two bids are placed for the same amount, the bid placed first, based on the timestamp, wins. Timestamps are set when the initial bid is placed, for auto-bids this is when the initial maximum bid was set.

Check out the fabulous items in our Super Silent Auction! Any of these items could have been in the live auction, but we are featuring them in our online auction so anyone can bid! Bidding on these items will close at 10:00 PM!

As recommended by local security consultants and our accreditation report, installing a secure iron fence is critical in the rear of the school. This measure will not only enhance the safety of our students and faculty but also serve as a deterrent to potential threats.

We urge you to join us in safeguarding our school by making a contribution towards the installation of this vital security feature.Together, we can ensure that our school remains a safe haven for learning and growth.
