Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse Celebrates 10th Anniversary Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse invites you to celebrate our 10th anniversary! Located around the corner from Construction Junction and just up the street from the East End Food Co-Op, Creative Reuse is a busy hub for artists, crafters, DIY enthusiasts, educators, and makers of all kinds. Our nontraditional art supply shop sells affordable, environmentally-friendly reclaimed materials every day of the week. Fill up a bag from our legendary Bulk Section with crayons, markers, pens, notebooks, folders, binders, clipboards, sticky notes, and more! Searching for a one-of-a-kind gift for that picky collector in your life? Got artwork sitting around without a frame? Renovating on a budget and looking for quirky hardware to outfit your dream home? Whatever your project, our Art Supplies, Vintage, Frames, Artwork, Office, and Fabric sections have what you need to save money and the environment at the same time! If you’re looking for a hands-on activity to inspire those curious grandkids, Scout troops, and after-school playgroups, book a birthday party, art party, or Reuse-a-Palooza and learn how fun reuse can be. Our programs challenge participants to design, prototype, test, and produce fun and functional projects using all reclaimed materials. Got extra time on your hands? Volunteer and

help us sort and process fascinating materials like buttons, beads, fabric, yarn, and lots of surprises! Your purchases support creative environmental education for children all throughout the Pittsburgh region, and the operation of the area’s only nonprofit creative reuse center, which saved 52 tons of creative materials from being dumped in local landfills last year alone. Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse is open 7 days a week from 11am to 6pm. We are located at 214 North Lexington Street at the intersection of Point Breeze, Homewood, and Wilkinsburg.
