We all remember how much we faced the burden of attending Zoom calls and G-meet. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many organisations have adopted a remote working model at least in part. This paradigm shift makes it difficult for leaders to maintain face-to-face communication with their teams. As an effective leader, you understand the importance of effective communication skills in managing your team. When two or more people can see each other while communicating, this is referred to as faceto-face communication. It promotes meeting engagement and participation while also fostering a trusting company culture. Face-to-face communication takes place when two or more people interact and communicate in front of each other. This could be a physical, in-person conversation or a virtual conversation. In-person communication is frequently more effective than written or audio-only conversations. This is due to the fact that seeing each other allows us to pick up on nonverbal cues and body language. And, because so much communication is nonverbal, being able to see each other
