Are students allowed to go out alone?
● Students are divided into groups of 8-10 with a teacher in charge.
● Even for washroom breaks or shopping, they must stay with their group.
● No student is allowed to travel alone at any time.
● Before the trip, students receive briefings on local culture and safety awareness.
How is transportation safety ensured?

● Luxury air-conditioned buses for ground travel.
● Verified transport partners, pre-trip vehicle checks, and licensed, experienced drivers
● Sprouts representatives assist with airport check-ins and departures.


2. Medical Assistance & Emergencies
Will students have access to medical assistance?
● Comprehensive first aid kits for minor injuries.
● Immediate medical attention for emergencies.
● Travel insurance covering:
● Emergency Medical Expenses ($50,000).
● Personal Accident ($10,000).
● Baggage Loss/Delay, Passport Loss, Personal Liability ($100,000).
● Hospitalization Allowance & Trip Issues (Cancellation, Missed Connection, Bounced Booking).
What if a student feels unwell?
● Parents are immediately informed.
● If necessary, we take the student to a nearby hospital for treatment.
● If required, we arrange a safe return home under staff supervision.
What if my child has a medical condition or allergy?
● Parents must inform the school or Sprouts Team in advance.
● Necessary precautions are taken to ensure safety
Is there 24/7 communication with parents?

● Parents receive real-time updates, photos, and details via a WhatsApp group.
● Tour leaders are available 24/7 for any concerns.
What happens in case of an emergency?
● We work with international travel partners accredited by national tourism boards

Can a student return early from the trip?
● Safe Return Insurance ensures proper arrangements for an early return if needed.
3. Accommodation & Belongings
How are accommodations arranged for students?
● Clean, comfortable hotels (minimum 3-star rating) with 2-3 students per room.
● Room-sharing policy depends on school approval
● Students can choose roommates for a more enjoyable stay.
● Special requests? Let us know in advance!
What happens if a student loses their belongings?
● Students should label all belongings and carry only essentials
● Our team will assist in locating lost items wherever possible.
● Avoid sending expensive gadgets or valuables with children.
4. Meals & Hydration
How are meals provided?

● Nutritious vegetarian & non-vegetarian buffet meals.
● Hygienic restaurants provide en route meals.

● Yes, only when sit-in dining isn’t feasible due to time constraints.

5. Packing, Passport & Money Matters
What should students wear during the trip?
● Arrival & departure: School uniform.
● During the trip: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
● Specific dress codes will be communicated.
Passport & Visa
Assistance
● Students must carry their original passport for flights & hotel check-ins.
● Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
● We assist in applying for passports, but approvals are at the discretion of the Government of India.
● Visa Approvals: Subject to consulate discretion. We assist in the application but cannot guarantee approvals

Money Matters
● How much money should students carry?
● Most expenses are covered, but students may need extra for:
● Shopping: Electronics, branded clothes, souvenirs.


● Food: Snacks/meals at theme parks.
● Personal expenses: Local souvenirs, quick purchases.
● We recommend a mix of cash and forex/credit card for safety and convenience. The permissible amount is just $ 5000 in cash.
What are the best ways to provide money for students?
● Credit/Debit Card: Activate international transactions for Visa/MasterCard/Amex.
● Currency Exchange in India: Exchange money before departure at authorized centers.
● Forex Card: Preloaded forex cards work like debit cards, offering security and convenience.
● Emergency Transfers: Parents can transfer additional funds via the tour manager if needed.
International Travel Adapter – Must-Have for Your Trip
When traveling internationally from India, carrying a universal travel adapter is essential to charge your devices. Different countries use different plug types, such as:

11. Meeting Relatives During the Tour
● Students may meet relatives, provided it does not hamper the tour schedule
● It is recommended to meet students at the hotel after sightseeing, as daytime schedules are packed with activities.
● Daytime meetups may not be feasible due to planned excursions and group movements.
● All such meetings must be pre-approved by the school to ensure safety and coordination.
