Payment Policy
First Installment of Rs 1,40,000/- to be paid by 25th November 2024.
Second Installment of Rs 1,00,000/- to be paid by 15th January 2025.
Third Installment of Rs 1,00,000/- to be paid by 25th February 2025.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay the entire tour cost by 15th November 2025
Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, Rs 1,00,000/- is fully non-refundable.
60-45 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
45-15 days prior to departure: 80% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
No show and within 15 days of departure: 100% is non-refundable.
Tour Cancellation and Postponement: In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to a tour cancellation or postponement, flight costs are nonrefundable and are subject to the airline’s refund policy.

Please Note
The itinerary is subject to change based on the availability of flights.
A valid passport with validity until 20th November 2025 is mandatory.
Passports are to be submitted to the school by the latest 30th November 2024.
The above costs are exclusive of VISA and the arrangements to be done for the VISA.
The granting of the VISA is at the sole discretion of the UK embassy, and Sprouts Edu Tours and the school have no control over the same.
