Hosting eight Group Stage matches in the 2024 Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup, the temporary Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in East Meadow, NY was constructed in less than half a year. Byles is the leader of RWS Global’s technical and innovation team and spearheads the integration of cutting-edge digital technologies into event production across our sports portfolio. He oversees all technical aspects, including lighting, audio, video, screen production, and host broadcaster links.

KIM HENSHAW, RWS Global, EVP of Business Operations

Henshaw’s experience stretches back to the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, Canada as a Producer of the Victoria Harbour Festival managing all sides of the stage, from performers to gold medal winning athletes to Host Broadcast. Over the last three decades, Henshaw has become instrumental in the growth and scale of RWS Global’s sports division, previously known as Great Big Events, leading the team on the commercial side of the business.

A seasoned expert in the sports broadcasting and entertainment industry, Buffolano’s experience spans business development and partnerships, sales and marketing, rights acquisition, programming and production, distribution, and monetization. He holds decades of experience growing businesses and driving new partnerships at leading media companies.

In 20 years, Castillo has held many positions within Broadcast and Sports Production. From small Government Access productions to big in-house shows such as the Super Bowl, the World Series, and the MLS Cup to name a few. Castillo’s experience has now landed him at Intuit Dome, where he was tasked to help build and crew their new 2110 control room.

CHRIS CUNANAN, Los Angeles Lakers, Director, Game Entertainment

Cunanan serves as the curator, show caller and producer of all in-arena entertainment at Lakers home games. He joined the Lakers in 2019 and just completed his sixth season with the team. Cunanan previously worked in game production for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Washington Capitals, Cleveland Cavaliers and LA Clippers.

Dolinky is a recognized leader in live production technology, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience from some of the most prominent venues in sports and entertainment. He is focused on designing cutting-edge sports and live production solutions for customers across North America.

With over 30 years of experience, Dupaix brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. He has commissioned broadcast infrastructure systems all over the world and has helped to bring new technologies to market such as video over IP, ST2110, and NMOS.

Fausneaucht is a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer and show caller, passionate about creating unforgettable live experiences. He leads game presentation with one goal: making sure every guest has an amazing time — from the moment doors open to (hopefully) celebrating a Ducks win on the way out. Previously, Fausneaucht worked with the Washington Capitals and ESPN.

Hartley is a live event producer with a strong background in sports and entertainment production. She plays a pivotal role in orchestrating dynamic in-stadium experiences that captivate fans and enhance the matchday atmosphere.Her career includes over twelve years in major league sports, including roles at Los Angeles Football Club, Los Angeles Rams, and Philadelphia Eagles.

Lavine oversees the organization’s brand creative efforts, game presentation, digital content and award-winning social media department.Under Lavine’s guidance, the Chargers content and social media teams have been widely recognized as among the best in all professional sports. Lavine has also led the Chargers game presentation team for the past two seasons and, prior to the 2024 campaign, helped spearhead an overhaul of the team’s overall brand creative.

Lemiere has a 30-year track record of building high-performing teams, overseeing innovative AV and broadcast projects, and delivering exceptional results.

Mailhot has worked in the field of digital high-definition (HD) television systems since its North American inception in 1990. He began as part of the AT&T-Zenith team, responsible for system architecture and integration of the digital spectrum compatible high-definition television (DSC-HDTV) system prototype, and then served as technical lead for the Grand Alliance encoder at Lucent Technologies.

Maningat is a passionate visual storyteller with over a decade in Major League Soccer bringing brands to life through creative content. With over a decade of experience in NBA entertainment, Ponce has helped lead the creative and technical execution of some of the league’s most high-profile moments, including the opening of the most technologically advanced arena in professional sports.

BROCK RAUM, BeckTV, Senior Engineer

Raum has helped design and implement state of the art control rooms. Raum’s past work as a producer, director and engineer at the University of Notre Dame and Kansas City Chiefs uniquely positions him in the systems integration sector to help understand and engineer complex gameday workflows for end clients.

Stoner is a senior specialist for Canon’s Pro Rep Team focused on broadcast and cinema lenses. For a majority of his career at Canon, Stoner has served as a repair engineer and field support for customers on the front line of productions, and often the sidelines of major sporting events. He has served as the face of Canon for most broadcast customers and done his utmost to ensure no customer ever misses a shot.

Wright joined Pacers Sports and Entertainment full-time in 2020. She rapidly established herself as a forward-thinking and skilled professional, and her early experiences provided a solid foundation for the work she does today.
