Catching Up With Our Communities L.E.A.D. Community Group Spotlight
The L.E.A.D. (Leading, Engaging, And Developing) Community, formerly the Mentoring & Engagement Community, will focus on collaborating, communicating, mentoring and educating association members on avenues to be engaged and involved within Sports ETA and its member communities. The group meets monthly for open forum discussions focused on a variety of topics ranging from building partnerships to staying engaged with hotels and clients during COVID. Members of the community are also encouraged to submit topics and questions they may be dealing with in their communities or organizations for discussion.
The webinar topics and speakers that the L.E.A.D. community presents are always fresh and timely. It is a strong group of seasoned industry veterans that enjoy reaching back and pulling others up to spread their knowledge and expertise.
