The 2021 Women’s Summit is scheduled to take place in-person on Monday, October 25.
The 2021 Facilities Summit is scheduled to take place in-person on Monday afternoon, October 25 and continue throughout the morning on Thursday, October 26.
What happens to my registration?
What about my hotel reservations?
Anyone that was registered for either the Facilities Summit, Women’s Summit, or both, originally scheduled to take place in April, your registration will automatically transfer to the October dates. Check your registration status in your Sports ETA profile here.
If you made a hotel reservation through the Sports ETA official housing service, hosted by EventConnect, your reservation for the April dates were automatically cancelled with no penalty and received a full refund of the service fee.
If you have not registered for the Facilities Summit or Women’s Summit, originally scheduled to take place in April, you can register for the October dates later this summer when registration opens. Keep an eye on your email as we’ll be sending out communications in the coming weeks regarding registration and updates.
If you did not make your hotel reservations through EventConnect, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation. Online reservations for October dates will open when Facilities Summit and Women’s Summit registrations open later this summer.
Health & Safety Sports ETA is committed to the safety of our Summit attendees and plans include health and safety measures. We will be carefully monitoring travel and event requirements over the coming months. Please watch for future communications on guidelines and protocols.
