SPJST Flag Day Ceremony Dear SPJST Members and Friends, SPJST will partner with the American Legion for its annual Flag Day observance on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at the SPJST Home Office in Temple. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. We would be honored to have you in attendance. Our special guest presenter will be Chaplain Harvey Klee of the American Legion, Department of Texas. Also, the Home Office is collecting old and worn American flags from individuals, lodges and businesses. The flags will be presented to the American Legion and the Temple Fire Department for proper disposal. Please mail to or drop off flags at the Home Office by June 14. The SPJST takes pride in promoting the patriotic virtues of life in this great country. By working with the American Legion, we know this year’s Flag Day event will be a wonderful and moving event.
