September 23, 1934 December 27, 1992 Mother, it has now been eleven sad years since you left us and went to Heaven. We still miss you so much and we cherish the happy memories you left us with (our family get-togethers; your wonderful cooking/baking; your understanding, compassion and inspiration; your beautiful smile and loving touch; and the precious crocheted doilies and afghans you Betty Hlavaty made for us) We remember seeing you and Daddy dancing together so happily whenever we hear polkas or waltzes. You were such special lady, the center of our family, such a giving person who was always willing to help someone in need, and you touched the lives of so many people. God gave us the best Mother anyone could have asked for. Thank you for all your love and for being such a special part of our lives. Your memory will live on forever in our hearts. Mother is now a special angel in Heaven, along with her husband, B.J. Hlavaty, Sr., her parents, Joe and Louise Lucian, her son, Gary Wayne Hlavaty, and her grandson, Adam Lee Svacek. — In Loving Memory from Betty L. Hlavaty's Family — SPJST-
