With nearly three decades of industry experience, Lindsay Storey is a true property professional whose career has spanned every corner of the estate agency world. From her first work experience at age 14 to her current role as Business Development Manager at Spicerhaart PX & Group Clients, Lindsay has built a reputation for passion, precision, and people-focused leadership.

She began her journey at the grassroots level—working her way up through roles in administration, negotiation, sales progression, marketing, and valuation. Mentored by an inspiring estate agency leader early in her career, Lindsay quickly discovered her love for the industry and a knack for making deals happen.

At just 22, she joined Haybrook’s Builder Centre in Sheffield, where her role as a New Homes Sales Coordinator brought her closer to the developer world. Here, she worked with housebuilders, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and sales teams—sharpening her commercial acumen and building her knowledge across land, marketing, and new homes strategy.

Her leadership journey began in 2006 when she became Divisional Sales Manager, leading teams, mentoring individuals, and helping shape regional growth. After stepping into the Part Exchange & Group Clients division post-acquisition, Lindsay played a key role in driving the team’s national expansion—bringing her full-circle industry experience to the table.

Now, as Business Development Manager, Lindsay leads with a rare combination of strategic insight and practical know-how. She works closely with developers and internal teams to deliver a service that’s results-driven, relationshipfocused, and tailored to every client’s unique goals.

Her journey in property began as a trainee negotiator, and through dedication and a passion for the industry, she quickly progressed – managing successful branches, leading Land & New Homes teams, and now playing a key role in the PX-GC division for the South of England.
