Clear-minded, clean, modern The light-coloured material, with glass and metalframed glazing, naturally draws the eye along its façade, creating a natural foil to neighbouring Cambridge and Hanover Houses.

The singular element of the external design is the continuous white ‘ribbon’ that elegantly wraps around each storey – irregular bands rising and falling in height depending on what lies behind. The band allows light to flood into living spaces, and maximises views, but is higher where more privacy and intimacy are required, such as bedrooms.
