Beating the Winter Blues

The “Winter Blues” is a phrase that we use a lot, and with the shorter days and colder weather, it’s very tempting to stay indoors and hibernate!

] Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables - they are packed with nutrients and help to keep you healthy.

] Stay hydrated – even though it’s colder and you’re less thirsty, your body still needs water to regulate your everyday functions. If cold water doesn’t appeal then warm or lukewarm water, or a herbal tea, is just as good.
