This area is famous for its rich musical heritage. Many world famous musicians originated from here most notably Enya, Clannad and Daniel O’ Donnell. There is fun for all the family on the wonderful, award-winning Carrickfinn Beach, which is 8km away and Annagry Village is 3km with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Leo Brennans famous pub is 3km away. The local airport at Carrickfin operates a shuttle service to Glasgow and to Dublin daily. Shop, pub and restaurant 3km.
