they’re dirty because i ran 10 kilometres through Gatineau Park this morning. i probably do 100 to 160 kilometres a month, which means i go through a pair every four weeks. Elles sont sales, j’ai couru 10 km dans le parc de la Gatineau ce matin. Je cours environ de 100 à 160 km par mois, alors une paire ne me dure que quatre semaines.
i use this so my legs don’t get chafed, but you can also use it to prevent blisters. it has the consistency of antiperspirant. J’en mets pour éviter de m’irriter les jambes, mais ça peut aussi servir contre les ampoules. Ça a la consistance d’un antisudorifique.

i take this before a long run or if i get off the airplane slightly dehydrated. it’s instant calories. J’en prends avant une longue course ou si je suis un peu déshydraté en sortant de l’avion : calories instantanées.
