Photographer – A choice of three

There are three photographers available within the package. You will choose one for your wedding day, which will be dependent on their availability. You are welcome to check out their websites in the meanwhile and we can check availability from them for your chosen date.

Darren Cool

Darren Cool is a diverse and highly experienced photographer. Providing excellent service from start to finish is his ethos, with photography being more than an image, but it’s a memory that lasts a lifetime. Locally based in Shoreham, Darren frequently captures weddings at Field Place Manor House & Barns.

Our team of event managers and chefs will create the perfect bespoke options for your day ranging from the traditional three-course seated wedding breakfast (the first meal when you are married), to an informal BBQ. Our Magic Mirror

Entertaining your guests during your evening reception is crucial to the success of the evening, so we are including in our package our Magic Mirror Photo Booth. It is a bespoke, state of the art, photo generating product, offering the latest technology in interactive picture taking.

Gone are the days of bulky photo booths that take only head shots. The mirror offers a sleek design that blends in to our Barns adding to the style of your event.

Our wide range of props will keep the fun and excitement going all evening. Your guests will leave with memories to last a lifetime. Sign your photo with a personalized message on the screen with your finger, press print and out pops your photo.

Your guests receive an instant print of the personalised image, and all the photos captured are digitally transferred across to you following your event. Some guests have as many as 700 pictures!

The mirror is yours from the arrival of the guests through to the end of the evening.

Terms & Conditions

The package is based on 50 adult guests for the day, the charge for additional adult guests for Food & Beverage items is £85 per adult. There is no discount if the numbers are less than 50.

Children’s meals are charged at £22.50 per child.

The evening buffet included is for total numbers of 80 guests and is for Hot Bloomer Sandwiches. The supplement per person for numbers over 80 is £8.25.

Hardings Caterers are very happy to discuss the menus for Food & Beverage with you. You are most welcome to upgrade your menus and drinks, however, this will incur extra charges. The wine in the package is Hardings House Wine.

The Three-course meal option is for all three-course options on Hardings’ 2020 Menus, or the BBQ. Corkage is not available.

This package is only available for bookings taking place during April 2020 – September 2020 exclusively.

The Barns are exclusively yours between 9am – midnight Friday & Saturday, and 9am – 11pm Sunday.

Magic Mirror: The Magic Mirror photo booth provides 1 photo per image taken, all digital images taken are then transferred across to you following your big day.

Our standard wedding Terms & Conditions will also apply to each booking.

Venue hire covers the use of The Sussex Barn or Pavilion Barn and Ceremony Room. It does not cover the hire of the registrar of marriages. You will choose your ceremony room when you view.

Venue Dressing: Sashes are from Hire Your Day – they are organza, and you will meet with Amanda to choose your colour palate. Other options are available with supplement charges payable to Hire Your Day. Table Centres are either Silver Candelabra or Cream Birdcage – from Hire Your Day. Other options are available with supplement charges payable to Hire Your Day.

Venue Stationery: Joanne from Elegant Stationery will contact you directly to discuss the stationery suite once she receives confirmation of your booking with us.

Photography: You will have the choice of three photographers: Darren - DCool Photographer, Becky - Olive Joy Photography or Darren - Darren Gritton Photography.

All three photographers will offer you:

• A meeting to discuss your day in person for pre-wedding consultation and planning.

• On the day - Photography starts with the arrival of the guests, the arrival of the groom & his party; the arrival of the bride and her bridal party. Ceremony photos, group photos, then pictures of the couple alone. Reportage up until the guests take their seats for the meal.

• All images are then edited in full and given to you in a USB presentation box

• Additional time can be arranged directly with the photographer when they meet with you to discuss your day, as can photo albums, prints and further photographic services.
