Brooke’s Creative Baking
South Boston Online wants to follow up on our Spotlight article about Brooke Spaulding, which was in last week’s issue. It’s a couple of photos of Brooke’s creative baking. One of these is her prizewinning gingerbread house at the SBAA’s contest in the Branch Library last year. It is an A-frame ski chalet. The other is a fancy platter of cookies made with her sculptured cookie cutters. Brooke calls a set of these cutters “Modern Morsel”.
