Součástí programu není jen konzumace zabíjačkových specialit, ale také hodové koláčky, košty slivovice a odpolední projížďka Slováckem s návštěvou vinných sklepů v Petrově, dílny modrotisku ve Strážnici či lidového řezbáře. You will admire skills of a quirky butcher and his helpers, you will see the secret of preparing pig feast delicates, and together with a typical folklore music ensemble you will sing famous songs not only from Moravia. The programme involves tasting of pig feast specialities as well as traditional cakes, slivovitz tasting and an afternoon ride through Slovácko with a visit to the wine cellars in Petrov, the blueprint workshop in Strážnice or to a woodcarver. The programme is for 20 up to 50 persons. Erleben Sie einen Tag voll mit Erlebnissen beim echten Schweinschlachten mit Abendvergnügen bei der Zimbalmusik. Sie werden die Handfertigkeit des Fleischers und seiner Gehilfen bewundern, ins Geheimnis der Zubereitung von Schweinschlacht-Delikatessen eingeweiht und mit der Musikbegleitung die bekannten Volkslieder – nicht nur aus Mähren - singen. Zum Bestandteil des Programms gehört nicht nur das Verspeisen der Schweinschlacht-Delikatessen, sondern auch Kuchen, Sliwowitzprobe und Nachmittagsfahrt durch die Mährische Slowakei mit einem Besuch der Weinkeller in Petrov, der Blaudruck-Werkstatt in Strážnice oder eines Volksschnitzers. Das Programm ist für 20 bis 50 Personen vorgesehen.

Součástí programu je prohlídka větrného mlýna s expozicí a vyhlídkou do kraje, degustace vín se sklepmistrem ve vinném sklepě, mlynářská hostina, folklorní vystoupení krojovaných tanečních párů, lidové tance a zábavné hry moravského venkova. Celý večer vám bude k poslechu i tanci hrát cimbálová muzika. Program lze upravit dle vašich požadavků, je určen pro 40 až 100 osob.
