Enhancing professional capabilities

These priorities will guide the decision making and planning of our School for the next five years. The Senior Leadership Team will work closely with the Board of Governors to ensure that the required time and resources are appropriately allocated. A yearly implementation plan will be developed by the Senior Leadership Team and progress will be reported to the community annually
Our strategies are designed to support and deliver our mission to nurture young people in the development of their Mind, Body and Spirit.
I am committed to upholding our values and bringing to life the vison shared by our community. I am excited about the future of our School as we continue to nurture young people in the development of their Mind, Body and Spirit.
This plan has been developed following an extensive community consultation with staff, students, and parents. It has been created around a shared vision of all contributors. I thank our school community for their strong and forthright engagement in the process

On behalf of the Board of Governors, it is my pleasure to present the All Souls St Gabriels School Strategic Plan (2023 2027).
The delivery of these strategies will be supported by a detailed action plan, with consideration of the resources, timing and outcomes.
Since 1920, All Souls St Gabriels School has been educating young men and women who are highly valued for their commitment to our School motto of Servire Regnare to serve is to reign.

Invest in the development of all staff to build the professional capacity of our team. Enhance teacher development programs to become an education employer of choice in North Queensland
