Cafe Intermezzo dinner dishes
Café Intermezzo boasts the largest espresso machine in the world—a design created by Olsen himself and fabricated in LA, a souvenir from his prior career selling espresso machines. The view of this massive copper machine and an exquisite display of cakes in the glass counter as you walk into the restaurant are only the beginning of the delicious offerings at Café Intermezzo. Breakfast and brunch offerings are extensive with three different eggs benedicts, waffles and French toasts, and a delicious Croque Madame. For lunch, salads and sandwiches include an orange, fig, and cranberry salad with goat cheese and pecans and a schiaccia, a Tuscan flatbread with hummus, mushroom tapenade, tomato, goat cheese, and artichoke. If you are stopping in for a cocktail, sample
their selection of small plates, including a warm and comforting baked brie and a spicy seafood dip, served with baguette toasts. For dinner, they offer a large selection of dishes ranging from Chicken Saltimbocca, Salmon Oscar to a selection of crêpes and plates of pasta. Just make sure to save room for dessert! We see this as a perfect spot to visit pre-Symphony since it is only a couple of blocks from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center— maybe Mozart will be on the schedule soon! sl Café Intermezzo Monday-Friday 11:00am-10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-10:00pm. 205 Demonbreun Street, Nashville, TN 37201 / (615) 840-7933 / cafeintermezzo.com Roze Pony Reservations for dinner (parties of 6 or less) can be made on Tock.
