Time Table June 29 to July 2: Representatives should know the exact number of their constituents and have distributed ALL survey forms to their respective blocks. July 5 and 6: At least 50% of the surveys should be returned to May Vizmonte or Jojo Dumrique even if not yet complete. This is for update purposes. Deadline is at 7pm at their respective pigeon holes. July 7 and 8: 100% of the survey forms SHOULD already be returned either to Jojo or May. July 9: Buffer day and collection. Deadline of submission of survey forms. 100% target MUST be reached by this time.
Things to do: - For the Block Representatives and OICs who weren’t able to attend the emergency meeting (Josh Lao, Paula Lantin, Stef Dy, Tim Alconga, Gelo Pojol, Jerenz Gonzales), have them talk to May Vizmonte to be oriented. -
Constantly remind them about the Time Table.

Find a solution to the unrepresented blocks as soon as possible.
