Dan Richardson is a performance nutrition expert, supporting elite and school level athletes. He’s worked with professional teams such as Man City, Sale Sharks, and Warrington Wolves. He will be delivering a Sports Nutrition Programme, concentrating on a food-first approach and focusing on building nutrition habits to develop healthy and sporty students. Each session will provide an opportunity for the students to take away new skills, whether that be in a practical cooking session or a theory based nutrition seminar.

Rosie Harris is studying for a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, Rosie has played professional netball as a C/ WD/GK for 4 years, in teams, Yorkshire Jets as a youth and Loughborough Lightning during her university years. She has also represented England As, U19s and U17s. She is very excited to begin her journey as a member of the new Leeds Rhinos team.

Mark Roberts is the Founder of Lead | Grow | Pro which helps individuals and teams find the best in themselves. He shares the lessons learned from 22 seasons as a competitive athlete to develop awareness and inspire action in young people. After spending 15 years as a professional footballer, he discovered early in his career how thinking outside the box contributed to success on the field. Mark’s role will be to guide pupils to discover how growing their mindset can enable them to perform at their best and adapt effectively to thrive in any given situation. Mark believes in a holistic approach to learning and development so support will be structured in a way which transcends the sessions, meaning that staff, parents and guardians can expect to be informed and involved at every stage of the process.
