ADJUSTABLE ARTICULATORS

The Objective of

Labo-Mate Series Articulators

These semi adjustable articulators are developed for multiple purposes. It can be used for all goods of skillfulness; to be operated easily with approximate reappearance system on lower jaw movement by checkbite method to be used for both dentulous and edentulous. It is ideal for college students and dental labs. Each articulator has been calibrated by 3D calibrator and the intercondylar distance is fixed for 110mm. The model can be switched from one articulator to another with complete assurance. Eliminated the need for transporting back and forth no longer subjected to transport stress. Avoids functions jeopardizing its registration and simulation.

Fully Adjustable Articulator

(1) With the maxillary and mandibular alveolar ridge lines and the observation from the opposite direction, the forces and their directions on the denture were analyzed to plan for optimized denture alignment, which is used to formulate a maxillary denture solution with good retention and stability even under strong unilateral biting force, and does not crack from the center.

(2) Silicone is used to fill up the medial side of the defective denture bed before model fabrication. The fabricated model is fit on the articulator, and the maxillary and mandibular alveolar ridge lines are recorded. Observe the alveolar ridge lines and the alignment of the defective denture to understand the cause of failure in order to plan for effective revision.

1. This is condylar type articulator which is used for both dentulous and edentulous cases.

2. The sagittal condyle path can be adjusted from -20° to 70° for younger generation, and the lateral condyle path is from 0° to 30°.

3. The immediate side shift can be adjusted from 0 to 3 mm.

4. The incisal pin can be adjusted up to 10 mm upper and 5 mm lower sides on the circle of which the center is on the intercondylar axis.

5. Each articulator has been calibrated by 3D calibrator. The model can be switched from one articulator to another with complete assurance.

MOUNTING ARTICULATORS

Its specification is same as the articulator 320~600. The incisal pin is made in one piece without the height adjustment. Tighten the upper and lower components to prevent the deformation of stone expansion during mounting.

Work with Surveyor

Mini Surveyor Operation

1.Unscrew the support from the table

2.Detach the incisal table from the Labo-mate 500.

3.Fix the support on the position, where incisal table or incisal pin was, with the screw.

4.After assembling with the articulator, then we can start to survey.

Function

Face Bow Transfer

For Dentist - Transfer with the Transfer Stand (Clinic)

Operation

1.Detach the utility joint with bite fork from the face-bow.

2.Fixed the joint on the Transfer Stand and fixed the bite fork on the Transfer Table with plaster.

3.When the plaster harden, detach the fork from the joint.

4.Send the Transfer Table with the fork to technicians' lab.

For Technician - Transfer with the Transfer Stand (Lab)

Operation

1.Detach the Incisal table and Incisal pin from the articulator, then put in the Transfer Stand and Fork support.

2.Detach the utility joint with bite fork from the face-bow.

3.Fixed the joint on the Short Transfer Stand.

4.Rotate the Fork support till it touch the fork, then put upper model on the fork and mounting.

5.After the upper jaw fixed, match with its lower jaw and mounting. Finished.

Operation

1.Detach the Nasion relator assembly

2.Change the incisal pin to a extend plate, put the fork support into the articulator.

3.Register the face-bow with ear-ball to the ear-pin, support pin at the both side and bite fork on the fork support.

4.Put on the cast, add some plaster then cover the upper component, waiting for setting.
