A Historic Year of Expansion Thanks to You. 2024 marked our largest year of expansion to date. By opening dozens of new Solis Mammography centers across the country, we made our signature patient-centric services more accessible and laid a stronger foundation for our long-term growth. This momentum started with the Business Development team, opportunities, cultivated trusted relationships with potential meeting through closing. By pairing deep market insight with relentless, around-the-clock deal management and disciplined execution, they keep Solis at the forefront of industry expansion. New joint venture partners and acquired centers including MUSIC, HCA MountainStar, Avestee, HCA St. David’s, CHS Northwest (Tucson) and Breast Centers of Acadiana are now part of the Solis portfolio. Additionally, Solis extended its retail screening model with six de novo center openings – two with Memorial Health in South Florida and four in Texas with HCA. Equally critical were the many team members who seamlessly helped turn signed agreements into fully functioning sites, overseeing real estate, construction, IT integrations, clinical protocols, center staff, local sales and marketing. Because of your collective effort, thousands more women can now access convenient, high-quality screening and diagnostics. Thank you for making 2024 a breakthrough year.
