A Historic Year of Expansion Thanks to You.

2024 marked our largest year of expansion to date. By opening dozens of new Solis Mammography centers across the country, we made our signature patient-centric services more accessible and laid a stronger foundation for our long-term growth.

May wrap up – what’s next

“Our

family is everything.”

We love talking to our patients and hearing their stories. Recently, we visited with Solis Mammography patient Ada, and her husband Arturo, a Solis Mammography team member, about their family’s journey and the importance of early detection.

Why Our Work Matters

As we step into the third quarter of the year, I’ve been reflecting on the heart of the work we do each day. We’re a

fast-growing company, and at times, it can feel like managing that growth is our main job. But it’s important to pause and remember what growth truly means.

Every time we expand into a new town, city, or hospital – especially those with underdeveloped or neglected mammography programs – we bring

more than just services. We bring our expertise, our culture, our technology and our commitment to innovation.

We’ve significantly improved access to care in many communities – and access saves lives. 2024 was a tremendous year, full of meaningful accomplishments. And 2025 is already shaping up to be even stronger. Among all our milestones, there are two numbers I want you to remember:

• In 2024, we performed nearly 1.8 million procedures and detected 9,240 cancers.

• Through the second quarter of this year alone, we’ve already conducted 744,365 procedures and identified 4,250 cancers.

Every one of those cancers detected represents a life potentially saved. So as you go about your work each day, I encourage you to draw a direct line between your efforts and the lives we’re helping to save. That is the impact of what we do. That is why your work truly matters.

Please take a moment to revisit my previosuly shared video message, which highlights our achievements from last year and outlines our priorities for the year ahead: https://vimeo.com/solismammography/why-our-work-matters?share=copy

I want you to take great pride in the results that we are getting. And always remember – regardless of the job that you have or the role that you play, we cannot do it without you.

A Record-Breaking Year for IT

2024 was an incredible year for the IT team. As Solis has grown, our IT team has tackled more than ever and continues to maintain the strong momentum in 2025!

45,000 IT tickets resolved

That's one ticket every 12 minutes during business hours! Our team's dedication to rapid response and problem-solving kept operations running smoothly.

99.99% data center uptime

Nearly perfect! This translates to less than 53 minutes of downtime for the entire year, keeping critical systems available when patients and providers need them most.

52 petabytes of data transferred

This is mind-blowing! To put this in perspective: all videos ever uploaded to YouTube would fit in just 5 petabytes. Our team moved nearly 10 times that amount while fetching priors and transferring exams!

Simplifying Our Clinical Landscape

2025 marked a pivotal moment in our technology evolution. The IT team has been on a mission to create a unified, streamlined clinical applications environment that benefits everyone - from the technical teams to our patients. When we use consistent systems across all locations, technical support becomes more efficient, patients enjoy a consistent experience, training gets easier and our reporting capabilities improve.

This spring, the team successfully transitioned the former Progressive sites to eRAD while retiring the MedAnywhere RIS. This June and July the Washington Radiology sites made the leap from Merge RIS to eRAD.

The Next Frontier: 3 Million Exams and Counting

The IT team’s next big project involves migrating the Mid-Atlantic region to SECTRA PACS. We're talking about 3 MILLION exams - a massive undertaking that will sunset two other PACS systems and get all our radiologists on the same platform. This isn't just about moving data; it's about creating a simplified foundation for Solis to deliver on its promise and its purpose.

We’re a Great Place to Work – for Three Years in a Row

We're a Great Place to Work for three years in a row –because of YOU! This certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding employee experiences.

This achievement reflects our outstanding employee culture and was based on an independent analysis of responses gathered from our recent company-wide team member engagement survey. It’s proof that our team members continuously go above and beyond to deliver excellent service while creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and each other. Every team member plays an important role in shaping our amazing company culture.

We will kick off the 4th year of this survey in the next couple of months. Please don’t forget to participate!

Continuing our mission to train and nurture the next generation of mammography technologists, we’re proud to announce our Q2 2025 Solis Scholarship winners, Barett and Kaitlyn!

Also a mom of three, Barett is currently studying Radiologic Technology at Weatherford College.

After watching her grandmother undergo treatment for breast cancer, becoming a mammography technologist has been a personal goal of hers “Too often, young girls grow up fearing mammograms and lack education about self-exams and early detection. I want to help shift that narrative,” said Barett.

Currently studying Radiologic Technology at Louisiana State University at Eunice, Kaitlyn has wanted to pursue a career focused on cancer imaging and treatment for as long as she can remember We can’t wait to see the positive impact Kaitlyn will make in women’s lives as she pursues her career in mammography.

Since inception we have awarded 5 recipients totaling $17,500.

SOLIS MAMMOGRAPHY ANNOUNCES EXPANSION INTO WASHINGTON D.C.

“Our specialized clinical expertise and heightened focus on innovation and patient peace of mind have changed the way patients experience mammography. We’re looking forward to introducing a better mammogram to patients throughout the metropolitan DC area.”

- Grant Davies, CEO of Solis Mammography

At Solis, we want to empower our technologists as valued clinical partners, recognizing the integral part they have in our ability to save lives. One key focus is our new AMP Program. Advancing

Mammography Positioning (AMP) is an evolution of Solis’ opportunity as one of a few breast imaging organizations to collaborate with the American College of Radiology on improving mammography positioning to detect more early breast cancers. While only 67% of mammography images nationwide meet ACR quality criteria, our four AMP pilot centers reached, and sustained 85-90% quality through training, coaching, and regular feedback.

The AMP program was designed by a committee of Solis leaders and mammographers with the goal of empowering our technologists to reach their highest potential through structured education, audits, and ongoing coaching. AMP implementation has begun and will continue to expand across all centers in the coming weeks. As the national leader in breast imaging, we are excited to embark on this journey together and look forward to sharing our success broadly as we shape the future of women’s health.

So Much More to Solis U

By now, you’re probably familiar with Solis University, our learning management system where you do your compliance and safety trainings. But, Solis U is so much more than that!

Solis University encompasses all aspects of how we learn and develop professionally together. Our goal is to continue to build a culture dedicated to continuous learning, maximizing performance and potential for our team members. When we learn together, we all succeed, our patients thrive and we save more lives.

Here are some highlights of what Solis U has to offer and what’s to come:

The Solis U Learning System

Did you know the Solis U system offers much more than just compliance training? There are thousands of courses on almost any topic you can think of, and we continue to build our clinical library as well. Click on the Solis U icon to login.

Grow Your Own and Cross-Training Programs

Solis U is home to our flagship Grow Your Own (GYO) mammography training program, which has already had 197 mammography technologists participate with 176 graduates. We’ve also launched a breast sonography cross-training program, starting with a 2024 pilot that is serving 23 technologists so far. More clinical training programs are currently in development.

Leadership Development

Sarah is one of our very first GYO graduates who joined in 2021 who is now a Center Director at Rose Medical Center and Central Park in Denver. Her journey is a powerful example of what is possible at Solis.

“I wanted to be part of the preventive process – to help and support women’s health,” said Sarah. “I came from interventional radiology but didn’t expect how far-reaching mammography’s impact could be. Every patient has a story, and it’s an honor to be part of their journey.”

From positioning training to biopsies and MRI second looks, Sarah dove head first into learning every part of the process. Today, she leads with compassion and is a mentor to new technologists.

Her advice for new trainees? Don’t worry about being perfect. “Focus on connecting with patients. The technical skills will come.”

Leadership is a key part of Solis U’s growth path. Twice a year, leaders are invited to our LEAD 101 Workshop at our Addison Home Office, a two-day, in-person experience focused on leading with Solis values. It's also a great opportunity to build connections across our network.

Want to level up your leadership skills in the meantime? The Solis U platform has dozens of leadership development courses. If there’s a specific skill you want to build, we’re here to help you find the right resource. And yes, future programs are on the way for aspiring leaders too.

Expanding the Solis U Family

This year, we welcomed the Contact Center and Operations Education teams into the Solis U family. Their outstanding training and onboarding efforts now align with our broader educational mission, bringing even more strength to our united team.

Let’s keep learning – and saving lives – together.

SAVING OUR OWN

You should have recently received an email from Team Solis about a new program called Saving Our Own.

The purpose of this program is to save more of our own team members and their spouses lives by increasing the compliance rate for getting their mammogram screening beginning at age 35. We also want to provide Mammo+Heart to all team members with their mammogram screening.

We launched a survey to help us gather feedback around this specific initiative. If you have not taken the survey already, please do so by referencing the original email or clicking on the QR code above.

In the interim, the executive team has approved a change to our BCBS medical plan effective July 1, 2025, to cover mammogram screenings at 100% for our team members starting at age 35 instead of age 40.

Celebrate. Recognize. Reward.

Our employee engagement platform makes it easy – and fun – to recognize the amazing work happening across our team every day. Whether you're giving kudos for a job well done, celebrating a birthday, welcoming a new team member, or marking a work anniversary, this is your space to share appreciation and spread positivity.

You can award a teammate with points that can be redeemed for exciting prizes, from everyday items like earbuds to big-ticket rewards like a Dyson vacuum.

When we take the time to lift each other up, we build a stronger, more connected workplace. So, let’s keep the momentum going – celebrate every win, recognize each milestone and continue creating a culture of appreciation!

Rules with a Reason: Why Compliance Matters to Us All

Every quarter, the Compliance team will include an article in the Solis Sun newsletter that will dive into a specific area of Compliance, offering you valuable information and best practices to ensure you remain well-informed and compliant in your professional endeavors.

This issue is about understanding compliance. Compliance is everyone’s job! At Solis, we maintain the highest standards of integrity and accountability within our organization. We focus on ensuring delivery of the highest quality care with qualified staff in licensed and accredited facilities in a compliant manner. To meet these expectations, all Solis team members must remain educated and diligent with respect to maintaining patient rights, including confidentiality and care decisions, avoiding improper financial incentives or inducements that could influence referrals, and ensuring that our billing practices are ethical, accurate and complete.

The success of the Solis Compliance Department is dependent on you! If you see or hear something that doesn’t align with our mission, falls below the expectations above, or is inconsistent with the Solis Code of Conduct, reach out to Compliance at compliance@solismammo.com. We also have a hotline available for anonymity, if desired (855-252-7606).

Cheers to compliance excellence!

Beyond the Hold: Commitment, Compassion, and Contact Center Heroes

The evolution of the contact center over the past several years has significantly impacted teams across Solis operationally. The contact center has improved efficiency and support for our patients. Coming soon our Contact Center will relocate from Fort Worth to our expanding Home Office.

Reflecting on those changes would begin with our team! Solis Patient Access Representative (PAR roles) serves with commitment and dedication with each call. They view every call as an opportunity to make a difference, save a life, and a family. The team embodies change, their engagement and ability to adapt in our changing environment is commendable. To support our team members, the workforce offers flexible schedules to fit work/life balance.

Earlier this year, the contact center experienced longer hold times due to higher-than-normal call volume. This increase in volume contributed to a 42% variance in calls that were forecasted for that time of year. Although challenged, the contact center scheduled over 20% more procedures than in the same timeframe (Jan-Apr) the previous year.

A Call to Action (CAT) was led and prompted by President and COO, Brian Alexander. PSRs from across centers answered the call both positively and in large numbers to help support the contact center. This team helped process orders while contact center admin team members provided all-day phone support helping their teammates answer calls and help to mitigate long hold times. This is teamwork in action!

Thank you to all Solis team members who became a part of the solution, in ensuring that our mission of saving patient’s lives was at the heart of what we do as an organization each day. Everyone’s effort was a powerful reminder of the impact we make together.
