Closing Day

What to Expect For Closing?

Be prepared to wire funds or have a Cashier’s Check available from your bank or mortgage lender. Always call the Attorney to confirm wiring instructions. No personal checks are allowed at closing.

Determine an available date you will be in town and able to attend the closing.
