This presentation was part of the HPA’s road show to all the NRZs in Hartford. Each NRZ has the opportunity to make its own decision regarding participating in the RPP Program. • Carey opened the discussion noting that this request dates back to 2005-‐2006 when different residential areas across the city began approaching the HPA about a residential parking plan. If SoDo was interested, HPA would help design a plan for this, if deemed necessary. • After much discussion, it was determined that at this time, SoDO does not require a residential parking permit program. If the neighborhood ever wants to revisit the topic in future, the HPA will assist in studying parking patterns on the identified blocks, and help us determine when and where to implement the program on SoDo's streets. Meeting adjourned at 7:21 pm Respectfully submitted by: J. Palerma
