Sponsorships and gifts support the student-athlete. Sponsorship revenue supports the student-athlete experience in many ways. It provides the ability to eat better meals on the road, it helps us make many improvements to our athletic facilities, and it allows us to travel in comfort, in larger, charter buses, rather than in smaller vehicles like vans. Your support helps to send our teams to the postseason, keeps the dining hall open during breaks, when most students leave our campus, and ensures that we wear the gear and uniforms that student-athletes desire.

It provides equipment above and beyond the basics, enables us to continue to build on facilities like our state-of-the-art weight room, and helps to ensure that our teams have the space they need, on and off campus, for practices and training.

Make your business the talk of the town - and of the Owls! Present the William Woods Coaches Show throughout the season, and you’re guaranteed 20 shows (or more) on site. You’ll be the presenting sponsor for all 30 (or more) shows, running from early August through the middle of May.

Investment includes 30-second ads aired on all WWSN game broadcasts. Show airs on-site every week, live, during the football season. Some shows are pre-recorded after the end of the football season, but one live show per month is guaranteed. Shows feature William Woods coaches and student-athletes, on a weekly basis. Three WWU coaches interviewed per show.

Youth Day (3 dates, $500) & Family Day (2 dates, $750) Football Student Section - $2,000 (or $500 per game - 5-6 available home games) Volleyball & Basketball Student Section - $1,500 (or $250 per game - multiple home dates). Student section sponsorship can also be applied to one opponent.

IN-GAME CONTESTS. LOW RISK, BIG REWARD.

You provide the sponsorship, we get the insurance. We’ll buy contest insurance for any number of games - free throws, 3-pointers, progressive shot, half-court shot, field goal, full-court/full-field putt, lucky shot from the wing - if you can think of it, we can insure it. You’ll have the opportunity to present a big check to one lucky fan, but you’re not on the hook for the prize! Price depends on game or games selected, and contest type, minimum $1,000.

LOCKER SPONSORS

As we grow, we have added new locker room space and new lockers to those spaces. Sponsor one studentathlete’s locker for $1,000 a year. Your name or your business name will appear on the locker in the form of a name plate. Locker sponsors are automatically Owl Club members for the year.
