The Latina Leadership Conference held by the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (RGVHCC) attracted a diverse and dynamic group of participants, showcasing the strength and knowledge of Latina leaders across various industries. Attendees engaged in thought-provoking panel discussions that covered a wide range of leadership skills and personal development topics, equipping them with the tools they need to excel in their careers. This year’s conference featured keynote speaker Rosa Navejar, founder and president of The Rios Group, sharing her journey and insights on women’s leadership and career-building skills.
