The Student Council is the governing body of the campus. Composed of the coun�il officers, the directors of religious activities, the editors of the student publi cations, and class representatives, its purpose is to act

as a form of government lending aid and guidance to student activities, and to act as a basis of cooperation between students and the faculty. Events sponsored annually by the Council include an All School Get Acquainted Party, Jamboree Home coming, Christmas Banquet, Career's Day Conference, Heart Pal Week, Twirp Week, and the Student Council Lyceum. A new feature this year was the Bethany High School Football Banquet sponsored by the Council.
