Education at SNOMED International SNOMED International continues to seek new ways to extend the reach of SNOMED CT education. 2020 was the first year of implementing an education model we developed in 2019 with the goal of complementing the organization’s e-learning platform by partnering with and empowering local education delivery organizations to provide a wide range of courses and certifications in various languages. An organization that highly prizes education and academics, SNOMED International contributed to general clinical terminology education in 2020 through activities such as serving as guest lecturers at the University of Victoria, Canada, and by expanding our innovative education partnerships.
