Every year Ramsey and I strive to make our sale offering better and more unique. We do not look to make them all the same to where you can’t tell a difference in them. These females still have to go home after they show and be cows that make you money. We have culled harder than normal this year to give you what we think is our best set to date. 8 spring born females, 1 fall heifer, 1 flush and an embryo package will sell October 15th on SCOnlineSales.com. Ramsey and I will stand behind these females and be there to help every step of the way. Our service does not stop when the heifer leaves our house. We are always available to answer questions, help you prepare her for the show and assist at the show when you desire. We were juniors once and had some great mentors to look up to. It is our hope that we will be able to pass that mentorship along to other juniors.

If you are coming from I-64 take Exit 96 and go south off of the exit. Go left onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. Go to the third stoplight and turn left on 15/Ironworks Road. Approximately 1.4 miles turn left onto Morris Road and go about 3/4 of a mile under the underpass. It is the first place on the left after the underpass.

May heifers always seem to be a little smaller and not as powerful as the older females offered, but not this year. This heifer can hold her ground with the best of them! Genetically backed by proven sires to be champions in the ring. Rojas Rioja has produced calves shown by many juniors who have taken their Rioja sired calves straight to the backdrop for a banner picture. Her dam is sired by Bojangles who is known for producing super smooth and very attractive females that are going out and making beautiful cows after they show. This heifer is extremely powerful in her overall dimension from front to back.

We have 3 outstanding March calves this year that are a little different in their type and kind. Lot 3 is is the easy keeping kind. She has so much volume that it will not take much input to keep her on track from a condition standpoint. Since the day she arrived she has always been the one that people see first. Her square frame and tight clean front really draws your eye to her and will do the same in the show ring. Lot 4 offers different genetics than what you are use to seeing in the show world. We love this heifers profile. She is extremely deep and uniform in her lines. She did come to us freshly weaned and took that a little harder than we had hoped. However, she is now on track and starting to really put some weight on. You can tell from the picture and video how well designed she is from a structural correctness standpoint.This heifer I feel has a lot of donor potential, she will be fun to mate in the future with her looks combined with her growth and indexes.

We really are not sure what more you could ask for in this dark cherry red female. Lot 5 was a standout in the pasture next to her dam and she has never missed a beat. She stands on a solid foot, has the perfect set to her pasterns, is deep sided, clean fronted and did I mention really good? Red Sky certainly does stamp his offspring with a look but this one has gone above and beyond what most Red Sky calves look like. We believe this female has a very bright future ahead of her come Junior National time in Lebanon, TN. Ramsey has really fallen in love with this female. We have had a few people come early to look at the calves and when they ask what her sire is they just say, thats the best Nexus we have every seen.

I think that says a lot considering how well his offspring has done over the last few years. There is no doubt Lot 6 has the longevity in her to be competitive at the winter shows and down the road next fall. Daniel has doned her his favorite because of her gentle manner when he works on her. This heifer will be great for any age junior and is certainly one you need to stop in to see. When the Leon brothers asked us to come look at their heifers this year we were not expecting to see a direct daughter of Persuasion. Persuasion has produced outstanding females that have won National shows & tremendous bulls that have been high sellers year after year. To add icing on the cake her sire, Bojangles, is one of the most consistent female producers we have seen in the last 4 years.

Great heifer for a young junior! When we toured Veto Valley’s cattle this heifer was Cassie’s pick.

She is long, smooth and designed to be a great breeding piece down the road. Her dam is a full sister to to Tilly U869, the dam to Becca, the 2015 Reserve Champion Female at NAJRAE, Minnesota State Fair, Denver Open and Junior show and Grand Champion at Junior Nationals in Billings, Mt. Unfortunately Tilly died unexpectedly after producing Becca and we were unable to get any more calves out of her. Her sire comes from Garrett Knebel and Jessie Weber’s bull battery. We debated if we wanted to offer a flush on this female for the last 2 months. We are extremely excited and happy to have this female in our operation. She sold as a calf to Jay Anderson of Anderson Simmental. Her first two heifer calves averaged $7500 on the Red Legends female sale.

She was then flushed and bred Simmental for the following 3 years. This winter Ramsey stopped to visit Jay and he was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase her. We had such great success selling this mating last year that we decided to see more this year. Yes I am is an unbelievable female. Her first 3 natural calves averaged $9750. The heifers are always stamped with a long angular front third, they explode with power and shape behind their shoulders and they have beautiful udders as cows.
